I have placed order from central on 21st October 2021
I immediately call on call center for cancellations but they said not accept orders automatically refund amount in your Wallet...
Today 4th January 2022(approx 75days)
But amount is not credited till..
I call many times they every time said 2 to 5 days I really frustrated from that type of service...
I recommended every One never purchase such worst company because they not give priority to customer problem...
Without any reason they hold my 5500 from 3months...

If 1% Central feel shy then check out my complain.

Loan subsidy

I am still not getting any response from PM Awas Yojana. It is working very slowly with the bank. We have not received the subsidy from the bank from 2018 till now under PM Awas Yojana. Sir I request you that I may have a lot of money. Sir please take action on this and get it done soon.Sir in a lot of trouble over me that's why!I am central bank account holder. My account number is[protected]. Sir not yet received subsidy moneyI am still not getting any response from PM Awas Yojana. It is working very slowly with the bank. Central jayanagar irrelevant offers, worst service from staff & at customer services no response from them.

Hi this is chitikela.praveen i have gone to Central at Jayanagar at Bengaluru on Jan 7th 2017.
There was an offer that says that if we are purchasing the products for Rs 4000 then we need to pay Rs 2000 and the same if we purchase for Rs 16000 then we
need to pay Rs 8000. That is as per the offer for that day.
I cannot imagine there was heavy rush as it was weekend with the offer, i had to wait in the queue for around 2 hrs.
Then i am shocked to see that there are no proper garments available, as the perfect size is very rarely available.
Some how i have managed to purchase for around Rs 16000.
Now the real task is at the counter i had to literally spend around 5 hrs in queue for the products to be billed.
This is the first time that i had to wait in queue for the products to be billed.
After waiting for around 5 hrs, i have asked the cashier for the offer then he said that i need to pay through paytm wallet in order to avail the cashback.
And as there was long queue the cashier said that he wants to serve the next customer.
This is just fooling the customers with the offers.
And it says promotional offers that needs to be purchased as per the offer, but there you hardly find the products or garments rarely of perfect size.
Finally overall bad experience with the Central the offer is relevant and bad service overall it took around 7 hrs and finally they have done the mistake.
There is no body to assist us and there is long queue by the time i have completed by billing it was 11:30 PM you can understand how hard it was to do shopping.
Time is most important, how can you expect the customers to stay that long in the queue for hrs together and then fooling them with the hidden offers.
Kindly take some action.

Gift voucher redeeming was denied

I had 3 gift vouchers worth of rs.1253 from central. The voucher had a stamp with the date of issue as "nov 2015". The voucher has 12 months validity. I shopped at central, centre square, kochi on 30th november 2016. At the bill desk, i was informed that their system says the voucher is valid only till nov 24th 2016 as it was issued on 24th nov 2015. I was given an incomplete information on the voucher. If the stamp said "24 nov 2015" i would have definitely gone to shop before the said date. The voucher was not accepted as their system says it has expired. I would request you to grant me justice in this regard.

Mene august me shopping ki aur company employees ne kaha ki apko 20 aug se 1 sep ke bich money back ho jayega but abhi tak koi cash back nahi aya... I want my cash back ASAP

Extra VAT on discounted price

I have purchased a jacket from Wrangler, 100 ft. road, Indira Nagar, Bangalore[Kapila Manjushree Apparals Pvt. Ltd. Phone:[protected]]
The MRP [inclusive of all taxes, including VAT] of the Jacket is Rs.3995 and the Discounted Price was Rs. 3196 after 20% discount on MRP. Rightly , I have to give Rs. 3196 to them, instead they have Charged me VAT on the Discounted Price(5.5%) so my total bill became Rs.3372. How can Anybody charge VAT on Discounted price.This is pure Cheating and fraud.

Central — Wrangler Jacket issue
I bought a Wrangler Jacket , costing 3995 INR from Central Departmental store , shivajinagar Pune. after few weeks its Zip had a fault and getting stuck while closing and opening it, on 9th Feb i went to Central srote, i demonstrated the same to CSD at Central , but they told " they cannot do any thing" as Wrangler will not take it from Central store,as wrangler and Central are big and trusted brands, i think that their might be policy of replacing or fixing it. Seeking your reply from you , if you buy a branded cloth costing as much as 4k , you are expecting some quality from it , atleast it should stay for few month not for years ..Wrangler — cheating
its upto 50% off in wrangler but today when i bought a pant (WRJN3487)from there ,they refused to give discout and they give it to me without discount Helpful

Wrangler jeans store in first wash

I purchased a wrangler jeans from jubilee hills showroom on 24 oct 2010.Just after first wash it tore from the area around hips(20th april 2011). Mr. Vikas,showroom manager, is not able to give a convincing explanation to it. He just says that since it is 6 months old, nothing can be done. When showed to some other Wrangler showroon, I was told that it seems to be a genuine problem with the fabric. When I told the same thing to Mr. Vikas, he said - 'Other' Wrangler people is misguiding me or else asked me to approach that showroom for exchange. But the point is why would I approach other Wrangler showroom if i have purchased it from Mr. Vikas's.
I have been wearing jeans for more than 15 years and even a local jeans lasts for an year.
It seems either the jeans itself was not original. Branded jeans have longer durability otherwise what is the point in purchasing a commodity worth Rs.1600 when a similar one is avaliable in 1/3 price in some local brand.
Kindly help me on this!!!
