Ordered there premium RR 310 body wrap on 13th Feb there web site mentioned the wrap in stock and will be dispatched but it’s been almost going to be 2 months there is no update on the shipping … order processing lady Ms Hanufa lies week after week and today her phone is switched off .. there is no one to reach to they don’t respond on mail also … it’s a waist of time and efforts with these scammers …

Pathetic, placed order at 11th of October, they said its gonna take 14 business days for the wrapping sheet for my R15 V3, after endless delays and followup, they failed to meet the promised date 3 times, lastly at 15th of december i received my product, and when after a few days when i went to the Wrapping Guy we discovered that some of the parts I paid good and premium money for was not even printed at all, just blank piece of wrapping sheet, Even i had heard about this peeps before about having good quality and service, while the communication was sugar coated but the end results were not, disappointed and betrayed. I'll will be sending back the wrapping sheet, and consider some other vendor for the same

I have ordered car warp for fortune on 24.march 2022 but they are totally scammer, i don't even pickup the call after taking advance of order . Toady is 04.05.2022 till now there is no response form wrap& ride totally thief .

They are nothing but scammers. Been more than 1 month of my order which was a few custom stickers 5 pieces to be precise, they took the money and claimed to deliver it soon. No updates for 1 month all they said is shipping soon. After 1 month they give the track ID and for the next 3 days it's not ready for pick up. The sales manager ( Soham ) of Wrap and Ride is a next level ###. He backs out from his own words and when pinpointed his own saying. He teaches me how to read English. They are nothing but a fraudsters.

It has been almost 1 month since i placed an order and paid the money since then i have gotten no updates on when they will deliver no response to any messages on whatsapp wrote a mail as well no reply there as well.

This email and whatsapp sent repeatedly. Initually i got a responce that they will ship shortly but later on they just stopped redponding.
I sincearly hope such online fraudsters are taken up.

I have ordered a wrap on June 2nd 2021 and as per their rule it should be dispatched within two weeks and after four months I haven't got the order neither they are picking up the phone nor providing refund.

I had ordered a decal wrap for TVS Ntroq 125 which costed around 4867.64 rupees still I didn't get Any updates for my product, In website they mentions
Aprox 15 days but still i didnt get the product
And they are not responding on calls
Not replying the messages
It had been almost 1 month

Then they stopped picking up phones and answering messages altogether. Several times we found other contacts, at first they answered, but then they stopped answering there too. I Saptarnav Ghosh ordered a custom decal for my motorcycle from Wrap and Ride on 30 Nov 2020 but till date I have not received my product.
After a lot of calls and whatsapp messages they said that they have shipped the product via Delhivery courier and provided me the airway bill / tracking No.
But to my surprise when I spoke to delhivery courier regarding my shipment they told me that they have not yet received the product from Wrap and Ride.
Si I kindly request you to take appropriate actions against the company.

Wrap and ride they gaved me fake billing I hope ... I'm calling always there are not responding my calls and text ... If they pick my call there are giving me reasons always like we have so much orders so we could not able to reply u ... From few days I'm trying no reply no call back

I have order wrap on 24/01/2020..still I haven't got my order or refund it's been 8 or so months ...CEO of wrapandride told he will refund my order 3 weeks back and still i'm waiting on my refund. Ordered decals for ninja 300 on 10th july 2020 with order number 20057. Already paid full amount of 4600. I m unable to track anything with the given order number and there are no replies from them. [protected] is the contact number. It's showing online everytime on watsapp but no replies.

I ordered ktm 390 decal from this website www.wrapandride.com. There is no acknowledgement about the order and it's been 3 days that it shows processing. Any attempts to contact them are unsuccessful. This seem to be a fradulant website. I want someone to contact or help me on this. I'm going to dispute the charge with bank to see if they can help. As well as filing a complaint to cops. Please do the needful. I've attached my invoice for ref.

I placed an order for ktm rc390 decal on this website on 29th march 2019 through their website's whatsapp no. And it costed 3100 rupees and paid through imps (Bank transfer). I have been waiting for more than 20 days and its five days past the delivery period (14-15days delivery period). Now they are not even picking my calls and the customer support is really worst. They are making foolish claims that due to election they are unable to send the product which means they haven't even sent the product yet. I have ordered a Custom Decal from Wrap And Ride for my KTM RC 200 on 22/09/2018. But after successful transaction i have asked them to provide shipping details. On this day 01/10/2018 they informed that they shipped my parcel through India Post (Speed Post) so i asked them to provide the shipping details but they are giving lame excuses and till now date i didn't get tracking number plus now they are not receiving my call and not replying my whatsapp text messages. Kindly help me to get my parcel or money from them ASAP.
