I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a significant issue with my recent purchase from WROGN (https://wrogn.com/).

I initiated a return request due to a mismatch between the T-shirt shown on the website and the product that was delivered. The return was promptly picked up on April 17, 2024, by the company's courier partner, Ecom Express. However, despite more than a month having passed since the return, the refund of ₹607/- has not been processed.

Repeatedly, I have contacted the company's customer care through both phone and email. Each time, I am assured that the refund will be processed within 24 hours. Despite these assurances, the refund has not been issued, and there has been no follow-up communication from the company. Additionally, attempts to reach their customer care number ([protected]) are consistently met with extended hold times of 10-15 minutes, with no resolution provided.

This persistent lack of action and communication from the company is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I urge the Consumer Care to take strict action against WROGN for this irresponsible behaviour and to ensure that my refund is processed immediately.

I want to claim my warranty for wrogn...

Few days back I ordered a pair of wrogn men sneakers worth Rs.2800. I received the product around 3 days after placing the order. The product was dirty and defective dye to which I filed a request for return the same day. The delivery boy picked up the product the next day. Since then there was no update to me about the shoes. I demanded a refund in my atm. Then I called the customer care and then I gotto know that the shoes have been rejected by their warehouse saying that they were dirty. I mean this is highly dissapointing that you people are rejecting a returned product on same grounds for which I filed a return request. It has been more than 15 days and I haven't received any money in my atm. The customer is just of no use apart from assurances that they will convey my pleading calls to their deaf team! I hope there is somebody to pay attention to these complaints because otherwise myntra will end up having more complaints than orders one day because you people are highly incapable of handling complaints of your customers and managing returns and refunds.
We don't earn money so that it gets stuck with frauds like you. I did not have 3000 spare to enter into these stupid tactics of yours. Neither do u pay heed to all requests nor u assure a quality check before sending the product. All u do is blame your customers and then keep their money.
I'd be highly obliged if their is one sensible soul appointed in this irresponsible site who could help me get my money back!
