The company has failed to pay assured returns despite UP rera notice and no one is approachable in this matter. Please help

I have booked virtual space in WTC Plaza Noida Project in 2013 and it's been 10 years and project have not even started. WTC has not even started the construction. I have paid full amount. They have even stopped giving Annual Return. Recently they have sent Agreement for Sale/Lease on a Plain Paper and not on a Stamp Paper. I have already signed many agreements before. Their customer care executive not responding nor email reply. Kindly take...

I have booked a unit with (WTC CBD) and (CID 815 & 818) in 2018 of purchase. I have made the full payment for my unit on dated..April 2020.. that was the last installment which i need to pay for my both unit. My both unit is covered under the 11% assured return but I did not get any amount as my assured return from July 22... to till now. I got an email from your side that the remaining assured return amount should be adjusted from the balance amount of the both unit, but I already paid my full amount for my both unit, so I want to know how and when I get my balance amount for assured return.
I would like to request you to either pay my remaining balance or cancel my both unit and refund my full amount with interest.

I hv unit 01470 in Cbd noida, my Assured returns was actually long pending after lot of emails n calls finally wtc agreed to give Ar wef sep 21 but neither gave the AR and nor responded, finally in jan 22 when I contacted them they promised to release 100 percent Ar monthwise wef Jan 22 but after lodging complaints the released only Rs 36000.00 whereas theu were supposed to give approx Rs 120000.00. They finally started AR WEF mar 22 but again started the same thing . They are not releasing AR timely and since Mar 22, three months AR is still pending.
Everytime I emai them they committ that it will be released next week and again a next week and so on...

As ack by my RM Ms Anjali my AR @RS 20421 PER MONTH wef jan 22 and then wef Mar 22 but has not been released regularly.
It is heartening to say that WTC is not able to give a small sum, how the credibility of brands like square yards (promotor)be not questioned who actually trapped us in investing in WTC and are now out of scene.
Request to release arrears wef Mar 22 and pending arrears of Rs 100000.00 approx wef sep 21 with penal interest till date and resume AR

Dear WTC team
I have booked a office space in WTC Cubit Noida in 2018 CUB 380. They assured to give possession by September 2021 and offered 12% of penalty in case they are unable to give possession but now J am not getting any proper response from them thru calls or emails.
