WTC GIFT City Complaints & Reviews

My parents and I hold 2 non-lockable units for which Viridian has given possession by may 2020 but they have not been able to put it on lease. Viridian staff is also not giving us any clarity or information on when the units will be put on lease. To add to this, we are being charged maintenance fees for the last 2 years without any sight of the income.

Please help. What is the way out here. I was hoping that these kind of issues...

I have purchased in April'2015 1225 SQ Ft in tower B 7th floor (unit No:0711) in WTC Gift city, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad.

The company had confirmed paying us assured returns/interest from the date when we start making the payments until the project is completed.

The project was due to be completed in september'21, which has now been delayed and the company has stopped making any assured Return payments since.br...

Company has extend the date of completion of the project to 2023 and for the AR if is not paid there will pay with interest (SBI FD INTEREST OF 1 YEAR RATE) i.e. 4%, company has made a backup plan.

CAN COMPANY CHANGE THE AGGREEMT COPY WITHOUT INVESTER APPROVAL

the investor has to SUFFER (meaning in Hindi and English) still 2023 to complete the project...

Invested in Tower C last year. Concerned by lack of progress on the ground. I see lack of progress on Tower B too.

I may just seek a refund on my amount minus whatever cost....
