Rent Overdue for about 11 months now

I have investment in WTC Greater Noida. They are supposed to pay the monthly rent on that and were regular on their payments earlier. However, for last one year they are very irregular on the payment. Now the rent is overdue and they have not paid rent from June 2022 onwards.
I do write to them about payment and they respond back with standard answer that the payment is in progress and will be paid soon. Please find attached...
