Not getting rent for last one year
I am Col Naveen chhabra. Me and my wife invested in commercial property WTC spiretec greater Noida. We are not getting the rent for more than a year now in spite of the area under use by a Chinese company.

Rent Overdue for about 11 months now

I have investment in WTC Greater Noida. They are supposed to pay the monthly rent on that and were regular on their payments earlier. However, for last one year they are very irregular on the payment. Now the rent is overdue and they have not paid rent from June 2022 onwards.
I do write to them about payment and they respond back with standard answer that the payment is in progress and will be paid soon. Please find attached one such mail.
My reference number with them is NDU 00231

Complaint marked as Resolved I had a discussion with WTC team and they claim that they are processing the payment. I will wait for sometime and reach out if this payment is not done over next 1-2 months. Thanks.
