We bought two kitchens. We had constant contact with the management till the first installment was paid after which it has been nothing less than total disappointment.

Installation team was unprofessional and couldn't care less about the job they were doing. The team manager was even worse, telling us to deal with it. After paying a premium amount, this is what they give customers.

We had to wait 2 weeks after the kitchen was installed to get shutter knobs fixed. Two weeks post installation, the shutter handles are already falling off. I notice scratches and dents in shutters that are supposed to be "premium."

Even the design is a mess. They sent us dustbins to be installed under the sink when we clearly told them we don't need it during the design phase. The drawers have been installed without even checking what goes where.

Wurfel customer care is another pathetic story. They show no concern or regard for your complaints. Even the management shows utter disregard. Wurfel has no customer service, its a sham!

Compare this to Homelane. They charge half of what Wurfel does but their service is nothing short of stellar.

Homelane sent a team for quality check right after installation and quickly replaced anything that didn't meet standards. On the other hand, no one from Wurfel has bothered to show up or even respond to customer queries.

The Wurfel team that came in for installation left a mess everywhere, the drawer sheets had shoe prints on it!

The Homelane team cleaned everything after installation, even the space they used to do their job.

Homelane charges half of what Wurfel does but Homelane offers better customer service and they actually show up to fix issues when you raise it.

Don't be fooled, you can get more value for money elsewhere. Do NOT spend on Wurfel, unless you want sub standard product at premium price and zero customer service.

    Dear Sir
    This is regarding my order with Wurfel kitchen company through # Ashish, wurfel patna.I have paid 60 %money for kitchen in Nov 2020 & for wardrobes in Jan 2021.But, till date, the order has not reached @ my site.Ashish has been telling that order has reached patna since feb 2021.But, as the other components of my home interior were in progress, he was not able to get it installed or it was not advised to be installed .Now, my home interior work has been completed but he is saying that the courier company bluedart has damaged the shipment containing my wurfel kitchen & wurfel wardrobes & it ll take another 15 days to get new shipment.
    Hence, in this regard, as a concious customer, it wll be my humble request to u to kindly look into it, & confirm the same whether my shipment is really damaged or not & if it is so then by when it ll be again delivered.Should i go with Wurfel patna as he ensures it to reach in next 15 days.

    I have mailed it 2 days before to [protected]@ wurfel.in also raised a compalint on official website.But, no body bothered to respond.Something is wrong with the company, in the disguise of shophistication big scam is happening .after 8 months of payment, the product is still not delivered.the distributor is kept on changing his statement and every time gives a new date.
