I have lost Rs. 699 through contest .

Dear Sir
I have paid Rs 699 to 100 buy under there contest scheme . Now they are asking Rs10000 more for second round, as this is not mention in there term and conditions. Now I am not giving the rs 10000 and i am loosing 699 as per there statement . Nothing mention in there term and condition regarding the second round payment and also first round money loss condition . Please take corrective action and save all public from these kind...
