After purchase they are neither able to give an update on the shipment nor they are responding over the email. Infact their WhatApp number mentioned on website is fake.

Kindly consider this organisation as fake who are selling products via social media and fooling people based on money refund policy that they have created and mentioned on website.

I am sure this a fraud in CRs that they have...

This is absolute waste of money, I ordered 2 rings and no updates, tried to call the company the phone is being switched off ...
I want the refund ASAP ... Pls take some action against these fraud companies......

I ordered product on October 12th and order number given is 2335. Up to now I didn't get the product....

I had placed an order on 14th Oct, 2021 for Xenxoring @ Xenxoring.in and paid Rs. 299. I have received confirmation saying that the order has been placed but haven’t received any information or the product after that, till date...

I ordered thier product from the website xenxoring.in for Rs 299 according to a promotional offer paid through Paytm on 16th October. Nothing has been recieved till now. Tried contacting them through mail and call. Nothing is real. The mail bounced back and the numbers are switched off.
Now they have started using another fake website called www.xenxo.pro

They are duping people of their hard earned money. Authorities...

My Transaction number is [protected] and I have order xenxo ring but till now no updated for the order.
All Fake Seems I Paid money Online Please Take Some Action...

I ordered this ring back in sept haven't received it yet, tried to call provided numbers, mailed at support talked to chatbots everything is fake, need my refund, such companies should shut....

I received this message on 14 Aug

Please refund as soon as possible...

I ordered the ring on 24 july but i haven't receives any messages except the order confirmed one .i want to see if my order is coming or not and when it is coming as their merchant website is also not working.
