I have never seen such a fraud website, they are just increasing the payout timeline month by month so that no one gets the payout. It's about 20 months from when my payout pending. That time Payout time maybe 12moths and now up to 39 months.

I have requested transfer of my approved cashback to my account more than a year ago. But still now, no money was credited in my account from xerve.

They had committed that they will pay my amount but it seems they are pros in cheating customers.

Even after repeated followups, But they are not responding positively and just beating around the bush for the past one year.

All my mails have no effect on them as if their only job is to cheat customers. I do not know how such a fraud company is surviving in the market.

I had my cashback approved and i transferred the xerve cash to my bank account.
It's been more than a month and still the money isn't transferred.

I placed my order in july, got my cashback approved during start of november and haven't received my money in bank yet.

Which means it's been almost 6 months for this small process.

Terrible experience.
Even the customer care number on the xerve website are wrong numbers and they don't reply to our emails.

I have write so many email to customer care but no response and call anytime...
