Fake website, no response on customer care number or mail

I had ordered 4 perfumes from unboxed.in

Got only 2, with no information on rest of the 2 products. Out of the 2 products received, one was leaking with so much spillage.

Their website shows as order completed.

Called the number atleast a 50 times to hear the same recorded message.

They didn't even send any note regarding other 2 products nor any...

Perfume Order - No Response

Ordered perfume on their website on May 23rd 2020. Order accepted as order number 30614.
Reminder mail sent to them on June 8th. Response given it will take 10-15 days more. I understood as we were all amongst COVID-19.
Reminder mail sent on June 22nd and 25th but no response from them.
Got a promotional mail from Mohit Khatri saying he is CEO and how we should buy LOCAL. Sent him a mail on July 9th as no one was responding.br...

As the order could not be delivered l initiated cancellation request and received reply that the order had been cancelled and refunded. However l have not received any refund and no replies to my mail or calls to Mr. Mohit or [protected]@unboxed.in inspite of several reminders and notice of complaint.

I ordered a perfume from armaf.in on 16 october, order id-9008335 but have no info regarding the delivery, they are not picking up calls or replying to emails. Iam worried because payment was already made. It was a mistake ordering from them. I didn't check the reputation of the company before purchasing, so i insist not buying from these type of companies which don't even pick up calls from their customers....

From very next day they site showed under maintenance and now i can't log in. I contacted the seller for the same and he said we are working on site and your must have already left. I have placed an order on 15th october 2017 with ref no. 6780223 on www.armaf.in, payment was done successfully to xeryus retail pvt ltd and www.unboxed.in and i haven't received any confirmation on that and i called up unboxed.in customer service they said will be shipping it and just shipped half the order and wrote a note in that shipped box on a piece of paper that the el ceilo perfume would be shipped in a week.
