Sir this is a very bad experience
Since I am a very proud coustomer even after my repeated email they people are not responding.
You are requested to kindly do something so that they despatch my product as soon as possible.

*****FRAUD ALERT!!!

I had ordered 4 perfumes from unboxed.in

Got only 2, with no information on rest of the 2 products. Out of the 2 products received, one was leaking with so much spillage.

Their website shows as order completed.

Called the number atleast a 50 times to hear the same recorded message.

They didn't even send any note regarding other 2 products nor any response on email.

Hope someday someone puts you behind bars for duping so many innocent people.

I have made a purchase of perfume as per below reference,

But so far NO confirmation of Delivery details & order track details etc.
After i placed the order, I see there is no contact number to coordinate with these guys.

Ordered perfume on their website on May 23rd 2020. Order accepted as order number 30614.
Reminder mail sent to them on June 8th. Response given it will take 10-15 days more. I understood as we were all amongst COVID-19.
Reminder mail sent on June 22nd and 25th but no response from them.
Got a promotional mail from Mohit Khatri saying he is CEO and how we should buy LOCAL. Sent him a mail on July 9th as no one was responding.
Get a mail on July 20th that if they cannot procure what I ordered, then I can choose from ready stocks. I chose but they wanted me to pay balance which I was uncomfortable doing as I do not trust them. Asked them to cancel my order and got a mail from them of cancelled order on July 24th.
It is 1 month and no REFUND. My follow up email was answered it takes 12-15 days to refund finally on 6th August.
I still have no REFUND and they have stopped answering emails.
They are all FRAUDS and should be put behind bars as they are CHEATS.
I have all email proofs.

I had placed Order #[protected] on 29th of March for perfume on Unboxed.in and paid 2499/- towards the perfume. As the order could not be delivered l initiated cancellation request and received reply that the order had been cancelled and refunded. However l have not received any refund and no replies to my mail or calls to Mr. Mohit or [protected]@unboxed.in inspite of several reminders and notice of complaint.

If this issue is still not resolved, this matter will be taken to consumer court at Secunderabad. Unboxed.in is advised to release my money 2499/- immediately without any further ado.

I paid 1098 rupees for armaf perfume - for addition tag him prestige (One of the popular perfume from armaf) payment has been deducted and i didn’t get any confirmation from armaf.in i was shocked that my payment of 1098 has been deducted and i didn’t get any info that my product has been placed or they received order, i called on customer care number provided there but the number has been switched off, please resolve my isuue
As soon as possible and also let me know what action will be taken on this company against my complaint
One more improtent thing is
I got a mail from pay u money that payment has been done to xeryus retail private limited — throgh payumoney and phonepe wallet

Ordered my product on 29th of october 2018, no reply or confirmation has been sent, no tracking details available, no call is answered, please find my order and update me for the same.

I ordered a perfume from armaf.in on 16 october, order id-9008335 but have no info regarding the delivery, they are not picking up calls or replying to emails. Iam worried because payment was already made. It was a mistake ordering from them. I didn't check the reputation of the company before purchasing, so i insist not buying from these type of companies which don't even pick up calls from their customers.

I placed my order for 2 bottle of armaf i. E hunter intense and blue homme on 11 oct 2018 on armaf.in site and carried out the payment. From very next day they site showed under maintenance and now i can't log in. I contacted the seller for the same and he said we are working on site and your must have already left. Till now haven't received it nor they are refunding my money. I am constantly trying to get in touch but they are not replying back.
Those cheap frauds just want your money thats all they care about.

I am Mohammed Muthiur Rahman from Hyderabad, India. On 11th of October I placed an order for Armaf Club de nuit intense man perfume. I paid ₹1598 through my debit card and the payment was made through PayU and the merchant was Xeryus Retails Private Limited. It was also written that for any issues I need to contact unboxed.in. After that suddenly from very next day I was unable to login to the website. When I track through the order ID it says the order has not been shipped yet. The order ID is 9008737. I'll attach a screenshot of the receipt as well. When I try to reach them on call neither armaf.in people pick up nor unboxed.in people. I am beginning to feel that these are fraud companies and my money is lost.

I've purchaced perfume from Www.armaf.in and payment was successfull to xeryus retail pvt ltd and unboxed.in with order 9009107. Amount is deducted but their is no confirmation mail about product and delivery or order confirmation. I want my money back if you are not able to deliver the product. I have orderd 2 perfumes named club de nuit intense man from website named armaf.in... I am trying to contact them but i am unable as their phone is always switched off... They are not answering my mails even.. I am worried as i have made transaction of 3.4k... I want tracking details with original product or full refund... Please help... I had ordered armaf perfume on june 24, 2018, through merchant order id: 6788366 and today when i recd. The product the perfume bottle is broken. I immediately contacted armaf on their mentioned no. [protected] and also whatsapp the photos, as per owner advise, but no action has been taken from their end, till this time. I feel cheated. I am trying to contact the armaf.in, but no luck
There is absolutely no way to contact the owners of this site.
I tried calling [protected] (Mentioned in the armaf.in) many times, the number is switched off most of time.
It rang for one day but no call pick up from their end.

Placed Order with the site armaf.in and payment made through PayuMoney to Xeryus Retail Pvt. Ltd.
Since then there has been no update about the order shipment or status.
The customer service mail id for the site does not exist.
This company takes payment, but does not ship or deliver goods.
There is absolutely no way to contact the owners of this site.

I have placed an order on 15th october 2017 with ref no. 6780223 on www.armaf.in, payment was done successfully to xeryus retail pvt ltd and www.unboxed.in and i haven't received any confirmation on that and i called up unboxed.in customer service they said will be shipping it and just shipped half the order and wrote a note in that shipped box on a piece of paper that the el ceilo perfume would be shipped in a week.
Since then time has passed i am trying to reach them on the status. No replies not attending any calls no information on anything. Total fraud company. I suggest to keep away from these fraud online shopping websites. List of online fraud websites on perfumes or fragrance's
