My redmi note 3 phone consume upto 40 % battery in switch off Condition And in switch on condition consume 26 % battery on standby mode.
Heating a lot during call and charging. After doing little work, phone heatup a lot.

Service center not respond well and even not Listen completly.

I am facing problem from Dec 22, 2016 and till date no one knows where is my phone and when it will be available at service...

I brought a red mi 2 mobile in oct 2015. This year may my phone camera is stop working. When i dipposit my phone jun-1 in mi exclusive service centre, kharabel nagar, unit - 3, bhubaneswar. I ordered redmi note 3 through Mi store.. payment was made on 14th june.. I received a defective set.. so a replacement request was raised on Saturday 24th of june... i was told that the courier boy will pick up the defective set and new set will be provided... I purchased one Mi4i mobile handset which has got damaged. I booked online request for service on Mi India web site for using its PickMi service on 8th of 6th of March. They took 22 days to pick the device from Raipur.
