Hi, I am Chandra Kanth Reddy from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I have ordered a mobile display from Parts.in website on 20th August, 2023. But after several followup calls, messages and mails they have sent the product and received the same on 22nd September, 2023, which is damaged and broken display. After raising several complaints and so much follow-up with the seller(XParts.in) they agreed for the replacement. But they haven't sent any replacement since then. I have requested for refund also, but they are not replying to my messages and mails. So kindly take action against XParts.in and help me to get my money refund. Kindly do the needful. Thanks in advance.

Sir mene xparts.in site jo ki Techyuga ki unit he usse ek realme mobile ki jiska modal number realme x2 he iski ek display order ki jo mujhe 06/06/23 ko delivered huyi company ke according ye ek OLED screen he but sir ye ek TFT screen he jisme fingerprint sensor work nahi karta. Sir order number 51206 he ab sir ye eska return nahi le rahe sir mene kaafi call kiye jisme se 3-4 call attend kiye unme 24 hours ka naam leke call disconnect kar dete he sir mene whatsapp par bhi esne samprk kiya waha par bhi ye sahi se reply nahi dete he. Please sir aap mera refund dilwane me help kijiye.
