I had ordered a product from naptol, which was to be delivered to me by 24 . But today morning I got a call from the expressbeees delivery boy saying that the product will be delivered today . As I was not available, I told him to deliver it tomorrow, he talked to me very badly, with a raised voice and also refused to deliver my product . He was talking with me very arrogantly and in a absurd manner . He also told me if you won't receive your product right now, then I'll cancel your product . He also did cancelled my product on his own, as I got a message saying that my product was cancelled because I didn't have cash with me . What type of behavior is this ? How can he cancel my order on his own without my permission ? I had to again order the product, and the extra work I had to do . I am very disappointed with your work . You are a well known company, but this act doesn't show your value for the customer . AWB no.
[protected] . And the delivery boy's no. [protected] . I would like to be informed about the action that has been taken against the delivery boy.

    I have orderd my product on oct 1st and yet it is not delivered to me . actually i had mentioned a college address for easy delivery but they are irresponsible for deliverying it on nearest days.

      On 23rd october the person name called girish his contact no is [protected] i contacted him but he didn't pick up my call to collect the item girish sent next day another person to collect my item i handed over my lamizor ethinic cotton wear kurthi patiala stitched suit to him he is from xpress bees. But after picking up my item i did not get any confirmation of my order page in snapdeal. I contacted the person girish he said my item was not there in their office. He is telling lie and misuse of my returned item. I want compensation for this. I want my product back or the product value of rs. 3051/- refund from the courier agent girish.

        Product not yet delivered & false status by Xpressbees courier The following are the details of my order: Item :- johnson& johnson acuvue clear lens Courier Name - XPRESSBEES AWB Number[protected] Very worst courier service. I have not received the courier yet but when I track the status of the courier, they have updated as residence closed and cant be delivered. This is false status as we were available all through the day to receive the courier. This is creating very bad impression on lenskart from esteemed customers. I need the item which I ordered for. When I complained lenskart and xpressbees, I received a mail that this is out of your control. lenskart, please note that it is your responsibility to check whether the item ordered by your customer have reached the customer correctly. If not its your responsibility to take necessary actions in order to satisfy the customer. Please take necessary actions to get my ordered item delivered at the earliest
