This is regarding Xpressbees Surface (Tracking number: [protected])
Booked from "Delhi NCR" to "Chandigarh".
It have been more than 24 hours and my very important parcel from an online shopping website (Maxbhi.com) is stuck at their place as you guys are not picking the parcel from there. And you guys are not responding to them.
I request you please ask your employees to pick the parcel ASAP from them and Deliver to me quickly.
