Comman man biggest dream is to have own home. I booked my flat with this builder in 2017 but many buyer booked in 2015.

At booking time builder fraud representative/sales person were giving false commitment to give possession within two year of booking. So many people like me booked flat.

Now coming to biggest fraud which builder did. On aggreement day they didn't allow to read agreement.

I booked 1 rk token in amount rs.9100/- due to some reason i want to canceled this booking so request to u please refund my amount in my bank account

False pmay promise ...made headlines through intensive ads ..and hoarding money through vat + service tax+ gst...60000 collected as tax till date...construction updates missing...employees are rude..feels like..ulta chor kotwal ko daate..feeling helpless and cheated. Need help to resolve the issue. All requests falls in deaf ears. No security of money..registration done in bulk but possession date not fixed.

I bought a house in xrbia vangani, f3-202 around 12.5 lakhs approx.in the month of june 2017. Due to some heavy gst, our monthly emi went up and we decided not to go forward in the month of oct/nov 2017. We paid around 1, 96, 000.
I told them and had a meeting as well with them that we won't be going ahead and filled every form that was possible and even i emailed them that please refund our money back after deducting appropriate amount like 10% of our flat price which will be around 1, 20, 000 approx. On 17-june-18 they called us and said that you won't be getting any refund and all those people which you spoke with are juniors that won't be counted and the guy which we spoke with called nilesh in chembur branch said that he is the senior person and he takes the final call. We told him that this is absolutely wrong and you are not suppose to take money from us like that even if all the people which we spoke with said that you will get the refund. Now, i am like totally devastated because of this kind of fraud they did to us.

Hi, i m mangala narayan godse. I booked flat in 2016 on vanagni project. It’s almost 2year. But the loan formality still not complete from both the side xrbia and indiabull housing finance. I m tried to contact with the responsible person. I visit sanpada office but they said in just 2 days will solve the problem but now 2 months complete. And no one recive the call such a worst experience i have face. I already paid 2lac almost done with registration almost 1and 1/2 year ago.. And already paid 17 cheq in favour of xbria in advance. This is a 2nd time i relogin in home loan 25k extra paid fo home loan process. Indiabull said me after 3 months i have again relogin means again i have to pay 12k and again the whole process start. Who is responsible for all this thing? And one more xrbia it self send me demand letter adding kat fees charge and intrest rate... I m frustrated
