I was payment 5000 rupees by Google pay in super slots game but payment deducted from my account but not add in game please refund

Hello Xsilica.My problem is that I made these 2 deposits in IQ Option but the balance was deducted from my account which is also clearly visible. But the merchant has Fraud me and has not given me any service till now. I have not received any refund till date.Please take action and please refund my money as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that I have done online transition of the for new passport registration application, amount has been deducted from my credit card account but the passport officials confirming me that they have not received the amount its showing pending. also the Email id i used for the passport website is not taking again, it shows its not matching with our data.

i used the website for making new passport application is www.passportsindiasevas.in

and payment gateway is Xsilica software solutions pvt.

One autogenerated mail i got after payment, "you succesfully registered the passport application and here is reference no ..."

This reference no I confirmed with passport office, they told, its invalid .
