Mismanagement and mishandling at OPD

I have registered advance appointment by name Apoorva Shrivastav, appointment id-227337 with Dr. DEEPA for[protected] at 10:55AM which was confirmed. I called before reaching to the hospital to ensure my appointment also and reached before scheduled time. Registered with UHID: 582683 On 23/04/2023 at 10:25:32 with Dr. DEEPA and billed with Reference: Dear SBI User, your A/c X1583-debited by Rs400.0 on 23Apr23 transfer to YASHODA SUPER Ref...

This is regards to Doctor Amit Chabra ( Diabetes and Endocrinology). He is such indiciplined rude and insensitive Doctor. First of all he never come on time. Also make patients wait for no reason while always busy in chit chat. Diabetic patient can't wait so long need to eat something on frequent basis but he is least bothered.....

Hospital making false promises and not delivering the report on time. I visited hospital twice and there is no report been provided yet. I might have covid and instead of staying at home for quarantine they are forcing me to visit again and again..

    It is my humble request to the Yashoda hospital management to alot time to Dr. Harit Kothari for hospital round and OPD. When large no. Of patients have gathered in OPD at around 9.30 to 10 am the doctor goes for round . This round takes hours together while the patients wait for hours together wating for the doctor to come. Now it's 12 am and the doctor is still not available in OPD. The ony answer we get is that the doctor will arrive in another 20 minuits.

    This happens each and every time I have visited this doctor. This is very tiring and time consuming.

    Dr. Harit Kothari is an exceptionally good doctor. Please designate seperate timings for hospital rounds and OPD.

      Hi i'm pramod singh i have visited in your hospital for pre employment medical before billing she is attending me with positive wibe and after billing she is not closed all the points after 10 days i was come again and this time also not closed few points after 5 days again come and she is not attending me so i was very frashted and very poor service and one that things i'm not recommended any one for yashoda hospital

        My mother was admitted for almost a week in Cath recovery, I was asked to sign on paper for urobag application to my mother through female nurses, Urobag was applied through female nurses but her private part was touched in a bad way whole night by 2-3 male wardens. Now whenever we ask her to go to Yashoda she started crying and denied to go there n told us the whole story, that how she was behaved in Cath recovery for almost a week.
        These wardens can't even leave senior citizen.
        Worst night staff.

          One of the worst hospital i even seen in my life, there is no professionalism of hospital staff and doctors too, they are talking in regional languages and staff are very rude and don't know now to talk with patients and their members.

          1. There is no numbering system to attend patents. Persons can call you at any time to matter you are waiting for 5 mins or 5 hours.

          2. No corporate discounts are here only flat charges for consultancy.
          3. All hospital staffs are talking in hindi and even in desi regional languages as well.
          4. Card swap machines are always down and persons are prefer for transaction in cash only.
          5 from outside hospital premises is looks good but from inside everything is dirty and old.
          6. No facility of hot water in ground floor, i don't know about other floors.

            On Dec9, 2016 i admit my father D.D.Sharma in yashoda kaushambi ghaziabad he decalred death around 9.20a.m after that we pay the due but hospital staff theft my father gold ring he wear this ring since 1990.So you can understand how important this for me.My father always say Doctor and hospitals worked like lootere those days yes Papa you 100%right.So Guys never go yashoda hospitals mar ke bhi loot lete h.

            As per your discussion with our hospital staff / Hospital head we had shared you regarding our investigation done and action taken with respect to your feedback. Moreover we made our position clear that we request the patients / their attendants to take care of the valuables.
            And unfortunately your patient was brought dead and we could not even initiate the treatment. Hence, We request you to kindly remove the complain from this forum in reference to your final conversation with the hospital team.

              I am a patient of Dr. Nandini R but every time she was late for attend to me. Right now my waiting her from last 1 hour and she is asking that she is on the way. Really miss facing this problem every time. Yashoda hospital that is bad for ur prestige.
              I was admit my mom in emergency case so their is no one take care of my mom.this is not acceptable for me. U r the number one hospital in ghaziabad and u give such kind for services. Plz revert me i[censored] read my feedback I am waiting for ur answer.

                My Wife was admitted in Yashoda Hospital in Kaushambi, for her Stones, ERCP was done and they said that they have placed a double pigtail stent in CBT, and that will be removed after the they removed the Gall Blader, in the second surgery that Gall Blader was removed, everything was fine till then, when we approched hospital for the 3rd and final surgery in which they said the stent that was placed in the first surgery will be removed, i Contact Dr Naresh Aggarwal (So Called super specialist) said that he will not fill the mediclaim form for us this time and we have to deposit cash, which was a suprise to me because as per the mediclaim the Doctor needs to fill the pre authorisation from and send to the relevent TPA for the approval post that you can admit the patient and get the cashless benefits, however the Dr Naresh Aggarwal refused to do so, and treated us badly, after spending nearly 1 lac Rs from my Medical insurance, this was not expected, (NOW this is Important) We consulted another Doctor from Another hospital and he checked reports and filled the Pre Authorisation form, and got the approval, the 3rd surgery was for the removal of Stent and flushing the remaining stone from CBT, to my suprise the post surgery reports were disclosed it was confirmed that the stent was no there... I called up Yashoda and informed them about the same, when i told that fraud that Yahsoda has done he was silent for a while and told me that he will ask the team to get in touch with me, next day i have not recieved any call from them, i am going to lodge a complaint against them, can some one tell me how to go about it

                I am very much disappointed with the service and the care provided in this hospital. The hospital is just looting the patient. You will never find any satisfaction in the hospital.

                My daughter was admitted in the PICU and there was not doctor available in that room where all the patient were in critical condition. When I needed the doctor he/she was not there and when he came back he asked me to make a video when patient have problem and he will see it when he will be back next time.

                Believe me It's a "C" grade hospital in 'A" grade price.

                You will never see a team work and the good Management there.

                Go for other option if you have time.
                This is to inform you that our employee Mr. Ashok Kumar was admitted in your hospital on dated 05th April 2018 and discharged on 08th April 2018.
                And you have charged for General ward Rs. 3500/Day in invoice no. IP19/309, whereas as per your website it is Rs. 1700/Day

                  My nephew is 12 years old and was operated on 20th Oct'2012. A wire was to be removed from his left ankle (which was placed earlier as his ankle was fractured approx. 3 months back) and the operation was performed by Dr. Saurabh Agarwal (Orthopedic Dept.) and his team. He initially told the cut would be so small that there'll be just 1 stitch. But the surgery was performed so ignorantly that there were 6-7 stitches. Adding to it, the ankle is paining badly and he keeps crying. This is really not expected from a hospital of such repute! At least the hospital can arrange special visits of some expert doctors, who can perform surgeries rather than such inexperienced doctors performing surgeries in an ignorant way.

                  It is really bad that such inexperienced doctors are being recruited at such a reputed hospital, and people are suffering because of all this nuisance.
