Yashoda Hospital Secunderabad Complaints & Reviews

I undersigned is a Asst. Divisional officer in railways. Railway Doctors suggested me for Yashoda Hospital Secunderabad thinking that its an esteem Hospital and will give hassle free and good service patients. But above branch Doctors and staff totally disappointed. On 24.02.2023 I have visited 15.00 at above hospital for City Scan Chest Plain and Bill No.20993732 . From 15.00 to 16.00 at CT Scan Counter No one is there. At 16.10 hrs. she arrived and taken paper did CT Scan at around 16.20 hrs. At 16.45 they gave me CT SCAN copy without reports. When I have asked the same they asked me to wait 17.30 hrs. Later they told that Doctor is not available you will get report on WhatsApp or email tomorrow but till date and time i have not received the same. In this regard I have contacted several times on [protected]/[protected] and [protected] but result is NIL. [protected] this number no one is ready to lift Hence it is requested to Penalized the concerned lethargic DOCTOR and Staff Rs: 1000/- per head and same shall be credited to my account or Railways. So that in future they should be loyal towards their duties and firm.

My wife had go for ciserian when admited they didn't tell me what is the price for total package but at discharge all of sudden they told 98000/-. I tried to complaint but there's no one to take complaint. They said, no complaint mechanism only feedback taken. At joining the staff act very smart but at discharge they start act dumb. Insurance managers like goons, they try to make you to pay by emotional blackmail or threatening way.
