Dear Team,
My name is Prem Singh Kirola, Age 35 years and I am admitted in room no. 812, 8th floor, Yatharth hospital since 9th January 2024. I want to bring in your kind attention that hospital has provided wrong diagnosis details (details of Ashok Mishra) for cashless claim (claim no.[protected] against my policy no. 44443323 from Care Health Insurance. Due to this error my cashless claim has been rejected by the insurer.

I would like to inform you that, I am being pressurized by hospital for depositing the cash. Presently I am not in the position to settle the bill with cash and totally dependent on the insurer cashless facility. This unfortunate situation arises due to the wrong details shared by the hospital with the insurer and sharing correct data might not have led to rejection and claim might have settled timely. I am not responsible for hospital’s mistake and forcing me to pay the bill myself in cash now will only deteriorate my health condition and give me unnecessary mental trauma.

I went to see Dr. Mahendra and Venkatesh for my 8.2 mm kidney stone, which was causing kidney swelling. They inserted a stent, removed it a month later, and assured me everything was fine. However, a week later, I experienced pain and insisted on a CECT UROGRAPHY after an unclear ultrasound. The test revealed several 2.5 mm stones and a stricture in the ureter.

Confronting Dr. Mahendra about this, he callously dismissed the issue. Seeking help from the hospital management proved futile—they insisted on both doctors performing a third surgery. Post-surgery, I developed a severe infection, which neither Dr. Mahendra nor Venkatesh could remedy. Venkatesh's unprofessionalism added to the distress, as he discussed plans for three more surgeries due to the stricture.
Desperate for a solution, I turned to Kailash Noida sector 27, where Dr. Paresh Jain provided medication that resolved the infection within three days. Despite enduring three surgeries in three months, I decided to abstain from further procedures for the next three months. It had been 6 months now as of 16.10.2023 and still I'm waiting to get better.

The consequences were profound—I lost my job, faced financial ruin, and struggled both mentally and physically. I pray to God from my all heart these two doctors, their children and their families go through the same mental and physical pain

This hospital is so bad..nurses are not trained. They don't give any medicine on time or just miss the doses. They feed using NG tube in a flat position while they should be trained to move up atleast 30 degree. They dont feed any ICU patients. They don't go to the old patients inside ICU if they call, they dont listen. Old patients are just a machine for them to experiment.

The worst Doctor Shruti Sharma inside internal medicine team was so bad. She did not treat properly to my mom with her novice skills and she was so rude, heartless, inappropriate behavior with patient's attendants. She is the worst doctor I have even seen in my life. My mom was not even admitted under her observation and she was trying to become my mom's owner. When we ask any question then she used to become very irritated because she did not know anything. If this doctor will stay in the hospital then its going to shut down very soon. She was giving always wrong information to other doctors and was not calling referred doctors when needed. She was giving attention to OPD patients instead of critical ICU patient. When we ask het to check my mom after dialysis then she went next day evening.

Another Doctor Snigdha from internal medicine team, she told my mom that she already lived 80 years. She is ok to let go infront of my mom. Is she a doctor or a killer? She was waiting for my mom to let go without treating her. She is not a doctor. Doctor saves life but these 2 doctors killed my mom.
This hospital should fire these 2 doctors.

I saw most of doctors and nurses behavior was bad for the old people. They don't care, make the patient's condition worst and then keep hands up. ICU nurses are bad too. They dont give medicines on time neither food.

My mom was god for us and we will never forget because of their mistakes she had to go from this world. I hate this hospital.

I am admitted in yatharth from 3rd July and from 4rth July ac is not working in room. I raised complaint multiple time but they are not ready to listen. It's almost 2nd day that ac is not working and i am paying heavily for single room. I m getting harass

19/03/2022 I took my patient to him for stomach ache problem. After waiting 30min when my no. Came he suddenly call another patient. when I asked about it, he started lecture me about humanity and he refused to treat my patient. He judging patient condition on their age.
He have no professional behaviour, unethical, rude, he have attitude problem.
Is this a way to treat a patient in your best hospital.

Hi, I made a transaction at yatharth superficiality hospital sec 110 noida of 2300 on 11th September 2021 through upi and they said it failed and I did Paytm again for same amount . Now no money returned back to my account for failed transaction and upi query resulted in successful transactions . I contacted the hospital and they are not returning my money .

This hospital gives lot of question mark when you visit. Very unhygienic hospital may be you can develop disease so be careful. Doctors are not well versed and can give you wrong medication. My father was diagnosed wrong in yatharth and later found in kailash he was having cancer. This is called lack of practice in medical field. You will find dejected and rejected doctors may be unqualified with less or no success story. I visited today and found dirty bad. Doctors and nurses are treating patient majorly uneducated client with wrong attitude. I was having infection and found that they are going to do the same so i decided to go jp hospital and got treated.
This kind of hospital should be checked and closed as this hospital and doctors license should be revoked. Any surprise visit can actually reveal the truth.

Moreover, i got antibiotic without prescription. What a great hospital and believe me they dont have any record of patient. So, patient history is nothing as they dont know what to do next? Any critical case they will fail.

I have visited along with my mother to yathart hospitals sec 110 noida for my ankle swelling and pain problem. we consulted with dr. shobit who is orthopedic there. he suggested to do mri. we get this done there for rs. 2000 and after looking at the report he advised to get contrast mri (rs. 8000) done to get the better understanding of the problem. during my 3 visits, he did not even give any medicine for relief in pain. i have almost decided to get the contrast done but then i thought of taking a 2nd opinion for that problem. i visited again to yatharth hospital and consult with sr. dr. ajay tyagi. he did not even see the mri and told that there was no need of mri or contrast mri. he advised fnac, which we done then and there for rs. 400. after 4 days when we got the reports, it was mere a lipoma and nother else. same hospital and one doctor is interested in getting more and more tests where we spend almost 10k and other doctor of same hospital diagnose the problem just in one test of 500/-.
Would like to bring into the notice of sr. members of yatharth hospital, so that somebody else will not be ill treated like me..
