I, booked 4 tickets of Alliance air flight 9I-698 from Prayagraj to New Delhi on 21st Aug, for travel on 3rd Sept, Booking Reference Number[protected]
After making payment of Rs. 17, 938/- by Net Banking. I received a message that “booking could not be done and 'The amount of Rs. 17, 938.00 has been refunded as eCash to your yatra account [protected]@gmail.com successfully! You can use this eCash now to continue with your booking....

I have booked the flight ticket yesterday night from yatra.com for mumbai to bhavnagar for 12th oct but due to some reasons i want to reschedule it for 13th oct... I m nt getting any response from the airlines and also through yatra site i m unable to do it... So what i should do... I have called several times to the airlines...
