From starting point to end point ac is not working . I asked the driver about the issue in Coimbatore itself but his reply is very harsh and not digestible

Very worst maintenance in ticketing system, customer service and manager is just for name sake. Lots of apologizes from the admin manager but no use. ( I booked a ticket seat no 9 single sleeper lower berth through my travel agent for travel from ernakulam to pondy, but due to double booking error by YBM system i was requested to board another bus, and promised for the same seat, but i was offered to the last seat, with no other go i was...
