My phone not starting & power button not working...plz solve problem orplz give me service center no.mobile each time when i press call button mobile restarted plz i call savral times customer care no one there.mobile battery life is too short plz give me info ur service center or plz give me detail where can i solve this problem.

I have ordered a elari nano phone c from www.yeraha.com vide order ref mkmjfuqdr on 31 jul 17 as cod product delivered after few days and while opening it was found unserviceable with a faulty screen i written a complaint for replacement and generated return way bill and sent the item back to the company and also attd the courier bill till now no reply kindly take necessary action...

I ordered a product from yerha.com 11days back still no status on when will it be couriered.
Called customer care 50times no one picks up always goes to leave a message, left the message to 5times no response.
If anyone can help please do.. Details are -
