I have placed a Talkase mobile (Order ID MRKMZABNI) from the website www.yerha.com on 21/05/2017 received the product on 24/05/2017 but I found the product was faulty and I requested for replacement on 29/05/2017 and returned the product via India post ET[protected]IN and the product even delivered to the sender on 9/05/2017. After that I called them left message to them but no response at all. I am now kind of feeling helpless with this website...

I am order two product

1 popsockets - brushed silver - accessory : with popclip car mount.
Paid in advance rs 999 dated 27/05/2016 order no plhesmply

Till product is not deliver and for con't there all no is switch off

2 i am order my phone charger they give me only tracking id of courier but still product is not deliver

I think it is fraud company take proper action against...
