I have applied learners license but in rto it is not approving. Pls approve it as soon as possible. I don't have time to visit. Application no. [protected] and date of birthday 10.08.2004 rectify it as soon as possible.

Sir, i have applied for Hypothecation Termination and Transfer of Ownership vide application no. KA[protected] and KA[protected] on[protected], it has been lapsed more than one and half month . My application is hold for required necessary documents. The same is been submitted to RTO, Office two weeks back. So far my application is not processed. I need the proper information how many days it will take and i have to submit any required information, whom i should meet. Please i required to kindly process my application as early as possible without delay. I will appreciate on needful action Thanking your.

I applied for bike transfer noc from yestwantpur rto (Bangalore) to dwarka rto (Delhi). I submitted all my documents to mr natesh in rto office who sits at counter no. 10 on 2nd floor. He took 6500 rs also and said it will come in a week. However it took 2 months to get noc that also for wrong rto. Now he is not picking call or gives excuses.
I tried calling rto and have sent multiple mails also which they have ignored.

LL written test given at Yeshwanthpur RTO is fully corrupted...that u would find a guy in the written test room as well as an inspector in that room(well both are dark in complexion),not the inspector who corrects the answers.....the one who roams around the room to check...i found both of them that guy and the inspector telling the entire answers to 4 to 5 students which is very unfair......i think the driving school owners have bribed that guy n the inspector....very bad 2 witness all those...these people do that when the other inspector will be busy in correcting the answers....i hope that authorities keep an eye on these two people n correct them.....one more thing i dont know whether these people have done some golmaal in the questions n answers produced in the LL written test....i hope this problem will get fixed by the respected authority of Yeshwanthpur RTO.

Respected sir, i am rohit from bangalore, i am trying to get ll from a long time from yeswanthpur (Bangalore), i am submitting address proof as bsnl bill and identity proof as a pan card but rto officer is saying that pan card is not eligible for the date of birth proof, sir what action can be taken over the rto officer and how
