I had booked YOLO Bus tickets from Thirupati-Bangalore on 17.8.2025 @10.58 bus. PNR No.is 4QDSX5QY7MFZ . Last minute bus got cancelled. I had complained to them for refund of amount. Till date I have not received any refund....

On 09/06/2024 at 09:10 PM i was search the bus tickets from Tirupati to Hyderabad. Booked a ticket (PNR Number: 7WAFCPMDYJHY). By Amazon Pay

Here i was taken ticket from tirupati but they are given the boarding point is Rajampeta Bypass its 97 KM far from tirupati. same time. at same day 009:16 PM make a call to [protected] - Krishan tulasi operator name - She was trying to connect with operator but on that time never respond. and i was raised for Refund. but the operator was denied.

Bus booked on 09:12PM. appear boarding point is rajampeta bypass road 10:35 PM. I was searh bus from Tirupati to Hyd. Booked a ticket from Tirupati to Hyd. No Rajampeta bypass boarding point was not aviailable in tirupati. The bus opeartor with help of redbus by using amazan pay ticket was booked.

After that i was booked another ticket for 1600/-.

Need to tack action againsy bus opearator and need compesation.

Booked ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad sep 2nd 2023. Bus need to pickup at marathalli stop but he didn't pick my calls and turned on us we came came late and didn't pick calls. Finally our trip got cancelled. I lost time and money with this operator service. This needs punishment. Please take an action.
