    I paid a security deposit fund for my yulu ride. And after my ride I tried to receive the money as it is refundable. I did the refund process. After a few minutes it showed successful refunded but I did not receive any money as such....

      I tried to pause the ride. But the ride was ended without my Permission.Added penalty of 100rs.There is no customer support for any kind of issue. Great looting business from yulu.

        Charged penalty for other persons misuse

        Saw Rs. 200 transaction on my Yulu account and it didn’t had any information as to why it was charged. Contacted their support through app and the customer support person shared a photo of two kids sitting on a Yulu with a message that two minors were riding the bike and so I have been charged Rs. 200 as a penalty.         Raising this because I got frustrated due to irresponsible behaviour of yulu. I took yulu Miracle at 2PM. I need to travel 500m approx 3mins ride. Due to health and sunny climate I thought of taking yulu. Within 150m battery died. When I tried to end the ride it's not letting me to do. Giving options like end at nearby yulu zone or penalty of 100rs. If the vehicle is faulty why am I getting penalty. It's not my fault.
        Again I decided to drop it in yulu zone. So I pushed the vehicle till nearby yulu zone. When I end my ride I was charged for 12mins.
        Vehicle not working, app not responding to situation. Worst part is for wasting my energy and time I was charged even. I need the money to refund back.

          Refund issues

          Raising this issue due to repeated bad experience and pathetic support given by yulu. There was many instances where bike stops suddenly. If we end the ride in the app due to this they will charge fine. Even though yulu is culprit here they are fining customer. When raising the issue to customer support they simply ask to park in yulu zone. This is absurd and illogical since the bike abruptly stops and its not possible to park the bike in...

          I have recharged 300, with some coupon of getting 400 to yulu money for recharging 300 and validity maybe around(~26 days). I thought I can finish this money in 10 days of recharge.
          I travel, 3 kms from Indiranagar metro station to office and again return also, very rarely I can get the bike on those places (always no Bikes). when there are not many bikes why give recharge with validity, where that my money went after expires when I have not consumed what I paid. if vehicles are there I would use and I would never say it is fraud or register complaint.
          there are no bikes and now my money is expired.

          Now its bloody fraud of making money in good service.
          app doesn't have any complaint or customer support nothing.

            money deduction

            On June 12, I added RS.250 into YULU app for the security deposit using Paytm. I don't blame them for this because online transactions have network issues and they do fail sometimes. But it is their responsibility to refund the money.
            I had contacted the support team through email, I received the auto-generated mail for generating the ticket and never got any reply about the status.
            There is no customer care number to inquire...

            I use yulu move(cycle) daily from house to railways station and it costs around 1-2 rides daily. But unfortunately that day the lock of the cycle wasn't proper so even when I locked the bike, the bike was still unlocked I kept the cycle in the zone with locked but in my app it was still reading the time. I went to work after that. That cost me 24 rides and I complained about the same.
            The same occured before where 9 rides were cost and they refunded 5 rides and charged 4 rides.
            However, in this case they are saying that you might have rode the cycle for 12 hours and have cost 24 rides with any overcharge. But idk how can I rigourously ride a cycle for 12 hours. I tried explaining but of no use.
            I've the 2 months pass which this is my second time and I've got 60 rides which I use each ride daily. But now on a single day 24 rides are gone so this is Disappointing for me too.
            Hope you'll look into this matter and come with the refund of the rides

            The company not really gave the resolution I want. 24 rides were showing to be used by me but it's not possible to drive endlessly more than 12 hours. They give me 14 rides refund and charged 10 rides even if it was only 1-2 rides. But the solution is resolved I'm not that happy with the resolution.
