On 29 June 2024 I booked a yulu quick ride and now that money is stuck. I received and email that says your money has been successfully refunded. The main concern here is I have still not received the amount in my fampay account.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

I visit nearest store in Mumbai Andheri west, I swap 4 time new yulu bike in two days cause of bike faulty, But they are not supporting as well, they not provide right guidance, They are misguiding customer and not supporting, When a new customer visit for new yulu they give them urgent basic, but when visit exiting customer they are lying with many type of sentence . In other yulu zone not present any bike, Previously I can't work for 7 days . But I recharge for 700km, from yesterday I can't work also for not providing actual solution by them, Please do right actions against them.

I have raised queries related to refund of deposit money to my paytm wallet.

Yulu support team says it's refunded back to paytm wallet, they shared me a reference no. When i checked the same with paytm support team, they said according to the reference no that amount is refunded to someone else's paytm wallet not my paytm wallet.
For the same info am chasing yulu support team, now there is no response.

Yulu. Bike company is fraud cheating to customer. First thing site is not safe, second there is no number provided by company. They are asking for debit credit card details. No information provided by them. On 30th january 2019 i have log in the site. They asked for security deposit of rs. 100/-. As per them rs. 10/- were charged for 30 minutes. It's was ok. So i have charged by 100/-. I started ride 9.05pm finished by 9.30pm but they have deduct 60/-now it shows balance 40/-. This site has no contact no. And there email is [protected]@yulu. Bike which never responce. Just request to all people beware of this fake site.
