I taken my mobile in 17 august 2015. I used 20 days after mobile getting heat i sumitted in service centre they taken 20 days and given a new phone and when i used 12 days new mobile again problem came which i submitted in 3 nov 2015 till yet they are not responding . When i am calling to them, they are always telling to me mobile will come after 10 days. I told to them now i want my money refund but company is not responding. I called plenties...

Its been a week i have been following up with the company to change my device but yet the company has not given any feedback on the same. I believe that the micromax company is a fraud company and does not believe in customer services. All their backoffice people are also trained in such a manner that whenever you call them they reply we will ensure you best services but till date i have not received any calls.
