I have been a lender with them & they duped me to the tune of 50-60 k in the final settlement. They had been lying or speaking half truths on their interaction with rbi over their attempts to get a nbfc certification.

Dear sir/madam
I have taken small amount of 2500 rs for emergency purpose, i have taken 5 time loan and 4 times on time paid, 1 month i cant able to made the payment so after that, they are not inform and they are directly send the sms to my all contacts, in my mobile contact they have sync and collect the all mobile contact and send the sms i, am hr of reputed company,
Because of this sms all my boss and friends called me and scolded, without calling informing they have send the sms after that i have made the payment of rs 2863 including interest. After that they send to all my contacts ignore sms still they are not closed they are asking 2400 penalty amount of 2400. What to do.

I have paid one time document processing fee but still i have not received loan amount i m going do police agints of Z2P - Shujat Technologies Pvt Ltd because now never seen this like fake company.Fraud with customers to pay before take repayment loan money i want to raise complaints in consumer courts.

Sir /mam maine Z2P se loan apply kiya tha 2500 rupye ka to maine 10/04/2019 ko loan amount 2892 rupees paid kr diya hai pr account abhi tak updated nhi hua hai aap se to loan amount updated ho gaya hai par system se nhi hua hai maine new loan ke liye apply kr raha hu to apply nhi ho raha hai loan, plz help me sir

fake company providing 60% yearly return

Dear sir/madam,
As govt of india has taken intiative to help entrepreneurs to grow and support our economy, some of the fraud and fake business has also grown in the name of startup.
There are lots of company's operating as nbfc and peer to peer lending few are genuine and most are fake without proper documents and license for operation.
Shujat technology pvt ltd (Z2p) is one of the organization claiming to give 5% monthly (60% yearly) guarantee return to their investors in the peer to peer lending business.
Z2p provides short term collateral free loans ranging from rs. 1, 000 to 10, 000 and charges approx (9%) monthly interest on the amount and from here they give lenders interest.
I had applied for loan on 5th oct and also paid a registration fees of rs.500 but its almost 15 days no communication from them as they only coordinate with emails and does not have any contact number. (Trail mail details in attachment)
I have gone through their websites and enquired about the proper nbfc documents but they were unable to provide any valid and authentic documents issued by reserve bank of india to operate as nbfc.
According to circular issued by rbi all peer to peer business must be nbfc.
This company is operating without any valid nbfc documents and providing innocent public with lucrative offers of 60% yearly guarantee return, we should come forward and take some legal action against such fraud companies.
Your action may lead to save many innocent investors.

Nice to see your comments on various portals. Please be informed that a Peer-to-peer company is not an NBFC and the RBI Norms to convert P2P into an NBFC-P2P has come recently and the recognition will start from next year onwards.
I would also like to shed some light on your profile, who took a loan from Z2P from multiple accounts using fake documents of family and friends for which the the Z2P team took extreme actions to recover the amount. I know these facts since I am also one of the lender on Z2P and one of the lender who provided you the mentioned loans.
Hope you were taught the lesson before you think of doing such activities in future.

It is so frustrating that eventhough making payment before 1 week due date (on Aug-1st), I am getting recovery reminders
There is no phone number if I want to call, If I send mail to Support and sent screenshots and Bank Statement several times and updated Repayment form, I will get reply your query will be addressed in 48 hours but nothing happens

Sorry I take back my complaint. Z2P team are very helpful and my repayment got updated finally.
They are very helpful in case of emergency need of cash and very quick in disbursal. Only concern is repayment update is very late .

Advice dont use this services . Very very worst and ### people. They HACK coustmers phone and disturb their personal as well as proffessional life also. At present my life suffering due to Z2P.

Have you taken any legal action? Because I'm facing the same issue. And planning to take legal action against z2p. My lawyer says that it's illegal and they can't disturb the people from our contact list.
My loan amount due date is on 22 Sep 2018 and i have paid it before my due date on 1st Sep 2018 just to have a good relation and to increase my limit . After sens them all email regarding Ref #, Screenshot and Bank Statement Z2P keep on saying we couldn't find ur details . People dont download their app they are actually fraud . I have already file a case against them and soon they will get court notice too . Be Aware

such a very very wrost app. I already done my repayment last month. But it again shows outstanding & Without any information they send messages to every contacts.
I never used Z2P for any purpose but one of my friend got text message from Z2P that says I as a KARTHIK K .. Taken loan from Z2P with you listed as a friend and is defaulting on it. Please let him know the same before legal action.

i made my repayment on dec 11 when my due date was dec 15, Loan ID: 6F51, Amount-1780, They updated the repayment but cannot apply for new loan as they are suddenly asking to pay extension fine of Rs 778. This is not fair

Why m getting sms that my brother is a defaulter on lone.

z2p is is worst company, i have been getting calls form the company for the person who i have never met claiming to be my friend, very unprofeesionl staff, started abusing me everyday, whr i have no concern with person who has taken loan & the company soon i will be filing case aginst them
