I ordered a jacket from zaful for rs 3277. I didnt like the quality of the product so i asked them for return and refund. They agreed upon this but its been 3 months now i havent recieved my refund. This is a complaint regarding my order ub[protected], i purchased this order on 27th december 2018 on zaful online shopping website and i haven't received any shipment notification till now. I even had a chat with the zaful support team and they assured me that it will be shipped on 16th january 2019 but this also doesn't happened. And on 16th when i asked about the order shipment they are telling me it will take 5 days more to ship...
