I ordered the watch fossil fs4735,
But the same was not delivered because of price issue and the amount also not refunded

I ordered a Casio-Youth-Series-AE-1200WH-1BVDF-D098 on 23rd September 2022. The service was very poor. I contacted the shop, and the shopkeeper told me that he would refund the amount soon since the stock was not available. I sent him the UPI for the refund through the numbers provided on the website, but not yet been received, and he is not attending the calls and messages.

Ordered a product which showed available and when payment was made, I received a message saying product is not available and has been refunded. No refund was given and these people have stopped replying as well. My order no is 193698

When I placed the order, the product I wanted was in stock and I made the payment and confirmed my order, but wen I enquired about the order that product was out of stock, so they said I will get refund amount, but it has been 3 weeks they didn't refund my amount, and wen asked they are simply fooling us by telling it will refund soon.
