Paid for premium package to Zamroo and lost amount

Hi,
I have registered for Zamroo today. When I tried to post my ad, I got into a page which showed the premium packages. I opted for a premium package by paying the amount of Rs. 399. After making the payment, Innoticed that my ad was not classified under Premium Package. Sent mails to the support team email ID mentioned. But I have not got a single response. I have sent the payment reference as well. Now I realize now that this website is not genuine and if you pay any amount for premium pack or any other pack, you just lose your money.

Greetings,
I introduced their versatile application in my portable. After establishment it was making hanging issue and shutdown surprisingly. When I restart their zamrro application it utilize more transmission capacity and get slammed. In last it undermined my OS forever that impact on my pocket.
I caution them on play store yet they its alright so I continue utilizing zamroo application however I feel conned now.
I propose don't introduce their application in your gadget..
Zamroo appears extortion site with misrepresentation item.

Zamroo India OR Zamroo.com is fake website and it's owner is a fraud person. I tried to sell our real estate project via zamroo.com, I was not getting call with reference of Zamroo. One day (28 Sep) I got a call on behalf of Zamrro and they asked me to put my ads on his own website. I said OK, after some day I got another call from other C2C (ad portals) website where I post my ad earlier.They asked me to remove same...

How do you got conned by just downloading the mobile app from google playstore. The Zamroo mobile app has been downloaded by almost 10, 000 Users and everyone is loving it.
You mentioned "Zamroo appears extortion site with misrepresentation item."...what do you mean by that.
Zamroo is an Online marketplace where users are listing their products and services. Zamroo does not charge any fees neither from Seller or a Buyer...than how you get conned...please explain? Most importantly we have mentioned all the safety tips on the site and mobile app to safeguard the buyers and sellers.
If you don't understand what does the online marketplace dees than that is not our problem.
On the mobile app front, Google has all the right tools to ensure all the apps available on the playstore are safe and secure.
Let the users who are reading this message will understand who is at fault.
