Hello i had ordered three phone cases yet its not shipped and in tracking id it showing it has been cancelled by shipper on 7th march. when i mail them on help centre they are just repeatedly saying that it has been shipped on 6th March. now they are not responding my mails... my payment is prepaid yet they do not care about it

Third Class Print quality on hard case covers...

I ordered 1 back cover for my phone and i don't like the quality at all and they showed on their website that they will refund the money if the product was not upto the mark and Hassel free replacement and refund now i am mailing them continuously they didn't accept their mistake they need video of.product tp show them what's wrong in that i maked video and showed them then again they said that their is no problem we already mentioned that litlle.bit color.change in product they didn't accept their mistake and they are fraud no client satisfaction nothing products are very cheap and they are fraud that's why they off the comment section in instagram page

I have purchased mobile back cover from this site, and the product having issues, when I asked for return, they denied it.

My product not deliver and say call on number for shipment by delivery executive but your response is 0 on call

I have ordered 3 phone cases from Zapvi and received such on 17 th October. One of the case was defective and hence I claimed replacement or refund provided by company if complaint within 3 days of receiving but they haven't been replying to my complaint in there provided mail I'd [protected]@zapvi.in.
It's been 9 days since I have complaint and they claim to reply within3-6 hours 24*7 days

Sir, I should Need my package urgent.Because, it's Birthday gift to my friend.

You didn't supporting me nearly 9days over.

The worst Dehlivery showing vehicle delayed in same place in 4th day also.

Incorrect case delivered. ( The case was smaller than the phone itself and the quality is low too)
When asked for a refund, the company refuses to initiate one.

I have placed order on 8th July 2022, and it was expected to deliver by 12 July 2022, But still I haven't received the order.
If I track order it says that they tried to attempt delivery on 12th July but nor did I got any call nor someone came for delivery.
This is an insane service. I want my money back.

I have order mobile case on Zapvi website on 26th Jun'22 & today is 3rd Jul'22, but still my order not received yet.

I placed order on 25th of june through their website and paid money in advance but 4 days spent they didn't dispatch my order I msg them and after 2 days they dispatched and now parcel showed deliver but I didn't receive.

I ordered two products from zapvi website and also paid the amount but I didn't received the product. I sent email to their help desk, they told me to wait for 7 days and now they're not replying any of my emails. And the order tracking details showing that the order is returned back to source.

Fishy company. No customer care number. And inefficient people.
I have placed orders for mobile covers, but by mistake the model no. was selected was wrong. That's why I asked them to replace my order for the correct model no. After a lot of email exchanges and videos and pictures sent, they are saying that they cannot replace the wrong item. What kind of company does that? Every company is bound to replace the item. And I am not asking for a refund, I am asking to replace the order with the correct model. And I have read their terms and conditions nowhere it was written that customers orders cannot be replaced. What kind of business are they running. So bad customer service. I cannot use the covers and my money is wasted.

I've order 3 mobile cases and already paid them the amount, but they haven't give me any details regarding shipping till now.

But they didn't deliver the product to me. And i didn't even received a single call from delivery partners. After i mail about, that i didn't recieved the product they says i have delivered the product at the given address . I got a reply with image of delivering address, they have the wrong phone number, it isn't that i give to them .They are frauding me. They took my money but not delivering the products. Please help me. My money gone wasted. Please provide refund of my money.

I ordered the oneplus covers from zapvi and received broken and not not usable products. I raised a complaint on the same on their customer support id but did not receive any resolution for the same. Would not recommend this to anybody. They have no customer support. They do not provide any resolution. I want my refund for the whole amount for the same. We are not doing any charity that we pay for the products and do not receive it. They have very disgusting and disappointing service.

I was order realme 8 back cover in black design but zapvi send me blueish dull shade cover
Pls replace it zapvi
