I have purchased a product from zapvi and already paid for that. They have sent the product through ecom express who is yet to deliver it..now i find that ecom express have put a OFD lock on the delivery of the goods. And according to the ecom express customer care the lock has been applied by the ecommerce company that is zapvi. They are not cancelling the order and refunding the money nor they are delivering it . instead everyday they are telling that they would be delivering it in 24 hours.

I ordered a phone case 12 days back and after 10 days i got a text that i was unavailable, I've a good connection and i never received a call fron the delivery person. I've been patient and waited few more days and they kept saying you'll receive your order in 24 hrs but no I again never got a call and got a text again sating i was unavailable so i called the delivery person and he straight up refused to come to my area and asked me to come to pick my order which is 10km away from my home.I emailed them and I dmed them ilon instagram but i didn't get a reply.
I want my refund and want to cancel my another order too.
This is so frustrating I'll make sure I'll never biy from this site and will tell my friends too.

I have purchased note 7pro back cover on[protected], i received sms and mail stating,
Hi, We have Received Your Order ID:- 3775005 on Zapvi.in. We Will Send You Tracking Details Once Your Order Has Been Shipped On Your SMS/Email in Next 4-5. Days.
But till date no details received and in web site when i m trying to check order tracking. It's saying no order available on given order number.
Amount is already paid but not getting any information.

This seems to be the topper amongst the most pathetic stores online to order anything. Whatever is written on the website is pure lies, shipping time is the biggest joke, tracking just shows one msg - ur order is in printing even if the order is delivered after ages. The worst customer service that cannot even understand your concern, forget helping you. Over that they charge you 60 rupees for shipping a product that can take weeks together. If you are fed up and want to cancel then you lose all the money as there's no cancellation here. Just plain nightmare that you pay to get onto.This is the last. Pure cheapskate business .STAY AWAY.

I ordered a backcover last month but didn't received till now. I tried to contact the zapvi team and tried to track the order but it is showing still printing.

I ordered some mobile covers from website zapvi.in on 8 July 2021 and also paid them 411.90rs . But still I didn't get my delivery, daily on tracking it shows pick up not done .I request you to block thus website so that it can't do fraud with anyone else.

I ordered three coves for Rs 345 on 4th July. Still today my covers have not been shipped. Everytime they are telling it will ship in 1-2 buisness days. When I tried to track it is showing cancelled. From 6th July it is showing waiting for pickup. Its really annoying. I want the product urgently

I ordered 3 mobile cases Along with screen guard, key chain on July 7, 2021. Total amount i paid 411 for the order. On July 10, 2021 i received a message "Hi Your Order ID:- 3708798 on Zapvi.in has been Shipped Successfully. and We Delivered Your Order 7-9 Days. Kindly Track Your Order at- zapvi.in/track-order" but when i track it, it says out for pick-up. I contacted their customer care on July 11, 2021, they said "Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours". And today is July 13, 2021. Now the company is saying that my order is in printing stage now. I mean now i am confused, almost a week has crossed and they haven't shipped my order yet so how i received message of Order shipping? Also why my order is not shipped till now? This company is just a big scam and they are trying to loot. On Facebook/Twitter, everywhere people are written negative comments. Kindly take strict action against the company and help me to get my refund back. I am ready to file a case against this fraud company.

Hello my name is bishwaranjan tripathy and i ordered mobile covers
For a amount of 564.90 total 6 covers.
And they are not responding and when the tracking id came the company showing attempting to pickup.
What is going on why police is not taking any necessary actions.

I ordered 2 mobile covers from zapvi on 6th july, 2021. Its been a week and the order is still waiting for pickup on the tracking website. Neither they are answering to mails, and the whatsapp number given is also switched off. My order no. Is 3699998. Either deliver the products or refund the money.

They are doing fraud with us...

LOOKING THE PRICE AS 99/-RUPEES FOR CUSTOMISED PHONE CASE I ORDERED 8 nos. AND THEY LOST MY COURIER.

My order id 33278226. AWB- [protected] via Xpressbees courier is still not received, but while tracking its showing as RECEIVED BY ME (on 25th June). I sent mail, sent watsapp to Zapvi. but no positive response yet. I have personally checked with Xpressbees manager of Bangalore region Mr Venkatsha-[protected]. He made me talk to his delivery guy Ashwath-[protected], They admitted that the courier is still with them and was suppose to deliver yesterday to me. One day passed. Its 29th June, and now they are not responding my call at all.

My second order which I received with lots of defect, I shared them presentation of the error. than they asked me to make video (which is attached below)of error and send them back.
My overall experience was horrible. And worst thing is I wasted 4 days just running justifying and querying about my courier.

I had ordered mobile covers worth 600, I haven't received the product. Order number, 3617004 and 3622131. The status shows completed but I hvnt received the product

I placed an order #3551201 with Zapvi on May 13 but till now I have not received my order. Everytime I ask them to cancel my order and refund my money, them come up with a reply that your order will be shipped within 2 days & you will get it soon.
They do not reply anything over order cancellation and refund.
Pathetic service.
Do not order anything from Zapvi !!

I have ordered my realme 5 back cover on 24-5-21 with my order I'd -3595832 they mail me that I would get my parcel within 5-7 working days but it's already 7 days Nd no information about parcel they even don't response on my email .. plz help me I have paid 159 ruppees for this cover please help so that I can get my parcel or get refund

I ordered a mobile backcover . after payment they showing that your order didn't delivered because our merchant decline payment from you .now i mailed them but they didn't respond .it seems that they are a fraud

I had ordered two custom covers and a keychain as a part of an order containing multiple items. The product I recieved and the one I had ordered on the website have difference. The colour is different, and alignment of the image is different and the cutout for the product is different. I tried contacting the helpdesk but they are repeatedly refusing to help me out.
I have attached the photos of the actual order that the company got and the product I recieved.
Also in the case of the key chain the colour was supposed to be blue but it's red.

I have ordered a phone cover with order id - 3426050 on 24th march 2021 which was sent via delhivery with shipment no.[protected].
For your reference it was supposed to be delivered by 30th march 2021 and tracking that order it showed that it has reached town nearest to my location by 29th march itself. And since that day it's there only. They have not delivered it, and since 2april it is showing order in transit. before that it reached to my location and they not delieverd and now they said location not found and returned.
I want my money back or i want my order within this week.
Seriously whether you guys are making customers fool, as i'm being hopeless here, and i've never seen such a worst service in my experience.

I placed an order for personalized mobile cover at zapvi and payed money but now when i visit the sit its not available no replies for chats and the phone is switched off . I have received no information about the order yet after placing it.

Sending completely different one and damaged items which will not fit. My order id #2905805. Don't buy any items from Zapvi.com

I ordered 2 back covers and a mobile accessory from zapvi..
I wad given with a tracking reference number (xpressbees) courier service. It shows that my order is delivered but.. I never got a call or my package

Zapvi.in is fraud website. I have ordered mobile case, money deducted, but no news of delivery yet, Its been more than a week now.
Kindly take action on that company which is making false promises to customers/consumers or making fraud with them and stealing their money. This might look small to you but this makes a big fraud amount which they will be collecting from many customers.

I have placed my order and i paid money also for 2 mobile cover, the whatsapp no is switched off, messages are not delivering. I called on another no he said you will get refund and he tried asked me otp on my mobile no for refund process.
