Delay and no response in my last ticket raised
I have raised a ticket (TICKET NO: 930632) 1 week before for a small change in website.
After 3 days they said WEBSITE got CRASHED we're working on it . But after that there is no response from them. Till now I dont know why website got crashed.
Usually zauca responds to a ticket within 24 hours. So This time I waited a bit long because of trust i have in zauca.. but till now they have been ignoring my calls and messages. This makes me irritable.. How could you be so irresponsible to the client ??
I have been working on my website for past 1 year. I have developed everything content settings etc..
BUT now they have said in one minute, that WEBSITE got CRASHED...
Take steps against this as soon as possible..

In last week of april i m search for website designing company online at that time, after that i get in touch with zauca trusted digital partner company, at 28/04/2020 I made a payment of 3000 And they told me that your work will complete in next 10 to 12 days,
And after that when i m contacting them and they not answer me, and when i tell them to refund my money they told me that refund is in process but till current date they are not refunding me my money back

I have asked zauca to develop a used car website, they gave me a classified website earlier, when i complained them, they gave me a website after a year and the website is down while we are still testing.
This has caused me a tremendous loss of time and money.
I have approached them multiple times and i never got a response from them.
Either they are cheating or fraud company or they are just incapable of being professional.

Our project was cancelled after we paid down the deposit. This was more than half a year ago and they have still haven’t refunded my deposit balance (even after they said they are working on it). I am located remotely and all I can do is send emails, which are easy to ignore. They have basically stolen my money.
zauca is useless company stopped my website after renewal of payment before time suddenly
Yes I spoke to this manager, his name is Sundar ( [protected] not even sure if that is his real name), at first he seemed pretty professional and assured me that he will work on getting back my refund at the very earliest ( Rs 8, 000.00 ) and then abruptly he started avoiding my calls and not responding to whatssappp texts!!! I have e mailed them 5 reminders for my refund, yet till date not even a penny has been refunded!!! Looks like I have lost 8 k, but learnt a very valuable lesson!

Dont waste your time and money with them ever.
