Took Zee Learn Kidzee Preschool Franchisee in 2020, few months before COVID PANDEMIC. I have paid FRANCHISEE frees, ILLUME Kit Charges, Rented a Property for Kidzee Set-up, Renovate the Property As Per Kidzee Guidelines Given By Zee Learn Kidzee & their Officials after Visiting my Property. I received the ILLUME KIT from KIDZEE & planning to Open my Centre. And...

I had paid 450000 rupees through cheque to zee learn mumbai but they do not send the book bagkit. I have takenassurance from zee learn franchise school chirahati, burhar, dist shahdol, m.p. for book supply in this school and they said me to send this amount of cheque to zee learn mumbai account and I transferred this amount and that time zee learn mumbai said they send the book kit within 2 -3 days but even after 4 month they did not send bag kit . This 4 month every day they say we send tomorrow this is so depressing, zee learn is very bad school this they do with every one, guy name achin and vikas Shrivastava said they have a money issue with chirahti franchise but why they hold my money they are total fraud this they teach there student. Zee learn fraudster india limited is there real name .

Before taking up franchise of zee learn, please think 100 times. We took their franchise and got cheated. They looted lacs of money from us. Sent us empty boxes of TAB. And suddenly one fine day they terminated our agreement. After a lot of mails, they had sent us a official mail agreeing to refund us our money. But they didnt. They are even threatening us of severe consequences if we write about this on social media.

We took franchisee of zee learn. They took around 7.5 lacs from us for asansol franchisee. Post that they didnt even send us the full kit. Terminated our contract on false ground. After that they had sent us a written mail assuring to return back us our money but later they refused to do so. It was a nightmare for us. We have been forced to put this in public domain so that everyone comes to know about zee learn and how they are cheating money flings the name of franchisee..
But we will take all legal steps to ensure that justice is done.

This company is a real cheat . We had taken up a franchise for asansol location.. they took all the money from us and post that didnt give us any tab or child kit. Everyday they come up with a new drama. Their east india team member SAWAR and PUSHKAR donr even know how to talk with franchise owners.. REAL NONSENSE GUYS.. THEY TELL US TO SHUT UP OPENLY.. SO MUCH AUDACITY... Real Bluffer company..

With respect to the subject cited above I have addressed my issue right after the admission fee been submitted that I want to get my admission money refunded next day of 02.04.21 to the receptionist that called for Id password, no paper I'd card of child parents like adhar card, photo, birth certificate, tc were submitted till now.

We were told to meet personally for the same so we went to school on 19.04.21 till then no resources of school any I'd teaching materials or any web material things were used as we were fixed to not to continue in this scool.

It was nothing to do with lockdown had it been no announcement or such were there can be confirmed in any channel or resources, wanted to move from kvs to mount litera as we were aware of the zee school material etc hence nothing to do with lockdown or web classes but it was a sudden decision shewent to school to give test to see where my child stands but asked for money even before submitting docs and carry on proper admission procedure that was strange on both behalf we admit our mistake but(wouldn't have paid if not asked for) it was neither correct on your behalf to say your child is admitted even without submission of any docs even though it's said in anticipation.(since admission is not valid till submissionof docs I fail to understand what's wrong in returning money)

Reason i wanto justify is that my child is in kvs and admitted here she cannot have admission in two schools at a time without being issued transfer certificate and submission of my consent for the same.

Hence I want to conclude that it was improper and unjustified manner that "money cannot be refunded "is the only answer, we admit our mistake and humbly approach but the reputation of the school is at stake if they give a example like that and doesnot further interest the gaurdian for any further interest to this school in future.

P.s. nothing of the facts have been hided manipulated or exacerbated for the mere purpose of getting money back, we as a gaurdian own some respect and with courtacy to be dealt with. Pl find attached money receipt.

As per government rule many of school reduce the fee structure.

But Here Kindzee some school increased Fee as well there no option for discount on Lum sum fee deposit.

Worst company and worst management.
Zee learn is too refusing to take the action.
Educators are not getting paid here.
Salary is not paid.
Branch sometimes open and sometimes gets closed.
No system. No authority. No responsibility. No parent should ever send their child to kidzee. Worst school and management for children. No proper maids or helpers.

I am an employee working at mount litera zee school. We have not got salaries until now. We are not getting any proper response from the authorities; we are told that signing authority is not available. I am surprised when everything is available online then in this era how an organisation can claim this. We have not got salary during the lockdown of march month and from the last six months, we are not getting proper responses, every time our salaries are delayed. Every time they say all is well but when this will end, only false promises.

Pl. Be inform you that my wife heena lalwani was doing job as a teacher in kidzee new branch kidzee play school indus town, bhopal 462026 (Madhya pradesh) india.
In this school, my wife worked there for four months.in this tenure she suffered delayed salary payment, situation worsened when last month salary not paid to him. Joining letter not provided him, traning certificate not provided she while face the test.
Now school branch has shut down and kid’s parents has harried of shut down of school in mid tem of school yearly tenure.
She supported school by giving no. Of children’s admissions and now a days that are misbehaving with him. She have lost our image for his well wishing of the kidzee play school. Opposite the school management (Owner) daring in such that not paying the salary as well as not picking the phone calls etc.
This is the humiliation of human right.
So please update us and take necessary action.
Now i will go to legal for further proceeding.

We had placed the order for kidzee learning tablet on 30 th april. The amount of rs 10114.63 has been debited from our account against the order placed. No confirmation email or msg hve been receved. We are trying to contact the office number but all the numbers are out if service we are woried wtherther this people are genuine or fake. What will be d date of delivery and wthether the order is placed nthing is been known to us. We had to gift to ur nephew on dis saturday and i guess kidzee will spoil my idea of gifting the tablet. If they lack such responsibility of sending confirmation mail they shouldnt take it

1. Please find enclosed copy of transfer certificate No KOS/CER/12-13 St 09 Dec issued by Kidzee Pre School Nabha and cash slip s.no 366 dated 13 Dec 16.

2. Sir my daughter Miss Ishanavi Singh studied in Nursery class at Kidzee Nabha (Punjab). Now I transfer from Nabha to Guwahati. While taking transfer certificate from previous school they charged tuition fees for entire section i.e UpTo Mar 17. But my kid studied in the school UpTo December only. Fees for Jan17 to Mar 17 of rs 3900 charged extra.

3. The school principal Mr Bhardwaj said that the 3 Month fees(Jan to Mar 17) is adjusted by new school. But during conversation with Principal Kidzee Bagarbori Mrs. Mamoon Bhuyan on mobile no[protected] on 13 Dec 16 she said that the tuition fees is not adjusted by us. I also talk to Mr. Ajay Sahani, Area Manager, Guwahati on mobile no[protected] on 13 Dec 16. The same reply received by me that fees is not adjusted by the school.

4. I talk to Zee learn Mumbai on tele no
[protected] in this regard on 22 Dec 16.

5. I also talk to Mr. Sunpreet Singh, Area Manger Punjab on[protected] in this regard. He said he take up the case but still no response is rec'd from his side.

6. An amount Rs.3900 is already paid by me and why I pay twice for the same peroid. Pl resolve my issue by taking up the case.

7. Now my daughter join Kidzee Bahgarabori, Guwahati and pay fee for the month of Jan and Feb there.

8. Mr. Bhardwaj, Principal Kidzee Pree School Nabha not yet refund the amount after many request by Mr. Sunpreet Singh and personally by me.

Pl resolve the issue..

I bimla mishra, had earlier applied for kidzee franchise but it was denied due to site rejection and your officials gave the tentative date for returning my refund as 45 days but the time has exceeded a lot, full five months. Many times i visited to the accounts department of zee learn limited at sec-16 film city noida, no one attended me and your one of the official " mr. Aman luthra " never picks up the phone and there is no support from his side.Please let me know the time by which i will get my refund back

I am having very shame for the teachers that they are not taking responsibility for the little kindergarden students.When the student of kindergarten's were going out from the school then some children fallen down and then the school teachers were doing there own work but at that time our boy was waiting for us then the unresponsive teachers come and beated our little 6 years boy like he has done a criminal activity acts like devils and this is where's rule for beating play school students.Here principal is also not taking interest on school formalities.When we were there in the school for complaining then principal was not giving attention toward us they were showing that teacher has done nothing but our boy was telling that i have done nothing, their teachers are like mental they are lires including principal and the whole school staffs.
