I bought a plan for rs99 basic plan for ZEE5 app, and now its not showing in my subscription plans.
auto renewal amount also gets deducted, if the plan is not existing why its auto debiting....

I have paid an amount of 999 for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through net banking and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through bank end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to zee5 doesn't show.
I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response....

I have paid 99rs for monthly subscription, then i received a message as well that my subscription has been activated. But whenever i am trying to click on any movie to watch it is not playing at all. My internet speed is too gud, moreover i have tried all the troubleshooting steps which is given online. These people arr fraud, even after paying money and receiving acknowledgement from their side there is no service available...
