I am Mrs. Geetha Swaminathan, a senior citizen, who invested from my hard earned savings an amount of Rs. 100000.00, jointly with my husband, vide FDR 54618 attached here for ready reference . I am yet to get my principal and interest though the FD matured 4 years ago. The facts are

My fixed deposit no: 56120 for rs 1 lakh is due for repayment on 25.11.2013. This has not been paid till date even though 4 years have passed. Anytime i enquire, i get stock reply that it will be repaid in 2-3 months.

Today when contacted on phone no [protected] (Is it vimal dube) i was told that if i agree, only 60% of the money will be paid and balance money has to be forfieted by me, besides interest for 4 years. Otherwise...
