They called up for job vacancy and asked to fill a form which costs rs. 10. But after that they made two fraudulant transaction from my card rs. 20744/- (26/07/2021)and rs. 3111/- (26/07/2021)please do the needfull and update at the earliest.

Unauthorised transaction happened on 17th July 2021

Write now this card has blocked by SBI bank
Please check the 17th July 2021
Transaction happened around 3:17 pm
Two transactions amount are 1. Rs.8698 and 2. Rs 8650

They said "we are calling from customer help line service" then they have taken OTP and credit card details after that I realised it was happened fraudulent activities
So I am requesting to you please find that translation and hold money and do favour for me

Hi Team,

Please be informed that on[protected] at 3.14 P.M a fraud transaction have been made on my Standard Chartered credit card No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XX54

The online transaction amount Rs.19881, 19886, 19882, and RS 19886 (4 transactions) ZES*MOBIKWIK
Actually I got call from mobile no. [protected] one guy and even the lady also spoke they asked Date of birth for verification and cvv no as usual asked from customer care and she said that I am from Standard Chartered credit card section. She told that I haven't redeemed the reward points and bank increase my credit card limit so new credit card preparation. And he told old credit card limit amount should transferred to new credit card and adjust with outstanding if any by the way transaction So, I will send the transaction OTP to your mobile no he will told the OTP No.
I tried calling customer care immediately but i couldn't connect but later in the evening immediately spoke to customer care and raised the complaint through customer care blocked the card as well and also sent email to raise the case for the same.
Next day when I called Customer care i checked but she told they tried to do the transactions but I am safe. But i could see some transactions.

It is very clear that Rs.79535 /- spent my credit card is fraud transaction . Kindly hold the transaction and refund my mobile no. [protected] or my email id.

This online transaction is of Rs.61000.00 +38000 =99000(2 transactions) ZES*MOBIKWIK
Actually I got a call came from Mobile No. [protected] said that calling from SBI Credit Card SBI Credit Card Section to redeem the reward point he ask me to submit your DOB to redeem the reward points .I resist to give OTP & CVV but the lady insist for it by different way.

Please be informed that on 17august-2018 a fraud transactions have been made on my sbi debit card. (Phone number: [protected]). Actually my sbi credit card was blocked and he told me that he will resolve this problem.
