Please be informed that on 10th april 2022 a fraud transaction have been made on my rbl credit card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-8441.
This online transaction is of Rs.4500 at ZES*MOBIKWIK.

On 3rd march 2021 at 5 pm i received a call from [protected] twice, saying his name as ajay, manager, rewards state bank of india credit card division, asking me to spend re 1, to avail rs. 8, 500 worth reward points pending which are soon to expire. I denied and said i am not interested.
He again called me on 7th march 2021thrice at 3 pm, but once by number [protected] and twice from my existing contact list of mahindra car finance, and insist that its mandatory for me to pay rs. 1 to avail the points or else my credit card will be blocked immediately. My arguments with him soon turned much of an harassment, wherein he was bulling me, and playing mind tricks of convincing me, meanwhile an 4 otp came and before i could realize, spending of rs. 9, 824 x 2 and rs. 1, 300 x 2 reflected on my mobile and his number disconnected. I was left shocked that in a span of 1 minute i was poorer by 22, 248/=.
I immediately put a complain to sbi card who informed me that now my credit card is blocked for security and this amount will be due in the next billing cycle as its done through otp and my dispute transaction has been noted and it would be my luck if i will get this transaction back.
With so many security measures, hackers are easily fooling people like me.
Request to all the credit card companies and banks to find a solution for immediate reverse entry for such fraud transactions.
