Dear sir/ mam
I m a govt employee and my salary account is in your bank
Recently i have taken a personal loan from axis bank and that was disbursed as on 7th sep 23 but due to mentioned incorrect a/c number this payment is unsuccessful therefore rtgs return back to axis bank by your bank on same date but again a rtgs generated as on 16th of sep 2023 by axis bank to your bank in your dummy account but still you did not clear this rtgs in my salary account or not return back to axis bank .
I am already visited2-3 times in my home branch but still they not resolving my problem
So its a humble request to you please clear this RTGS in my account or return back to axis bank

I have added money to my paytm bank through zila sahkari bank but they refund back and for now also I didn't get any money back in

I have added 4 thousand on 7 of June in paytm payment bank but didn't added through debit card of zila sahkari bank paytm bank claim that they refund my money to zila sarkari bank with refrence no 30005411591158093933119
Please solve my problem.
