I saw advertisement on olx
From zip shop.
I purchased product from zip shop for rs 3, 299/-
But product was fake,
And the phone number given was also fake,
Their is no address of seller,
I purchase the product because olx holds some reputation to protect.
And you are giving ads on your site without checking whereabouts of the company.
I want you to find that company.
Sending you the invoice copy, & screenshot from olx site.

We had booked Nokia 3310 but the deliver us GEOTEL3310 Mobile which was serious an fraud made by them. Our office staff open in front of courier company but they refuse to accept return as the parcel was open.

I wish you to kindly hold Online company in some matter to stop making frauds with customers.

This is how we Indian are still being afraid of getting in Online Trend..
I wish our Complaint to be considered and we customer get justice.

I had ordered a bluetooth speaker from this website which was informed as bose mini bluetooth speaker... But when i received it... It was a fake one that was chinese and of low quality... I had paid 3299rs for a speaker which i could get in the market for just 700rs... This is injustice... What can i do about it... I'm calling the company but their number is invalid... I'm trying to call the dealer... But they are also not picking up.. I am going to get my money back...

It is to inform all and sundry that be aware of online products especially from zipshop.in as they are simply cheating people by claiming to offer branded products in my case it was bose bluetooth speakers (B. O. S. E. Soundlink mini ii wireless bluetooth speakers (Carbon) b. O. S. E. Soundlink mini ii wireless bluetooth speakers (Carbon) by slashing the price by 80% from rs.16200 to rs.3299.

Accordingly, i had booked the product on february 15, 2018 and the same was delivered on 18 february 2018. When the product was delivered by delhivery from delhi, the product was turned out to be a fake unbranded product made in china.

I feel completely cheated. Further, the customer care number [protected] is not reachable.

My order #11942 was placed on february 15, 2018

Shall be grateful if you can resolve or at least let the company know about their unscrupulous activities.

Can it be possible to fix or shut down business with such a company?

I had ordered a bose soundlink bluetooth speakers. The speaker they are marketing with bose mentioned on it is not what you get in delivery. Before buying i referred to bose website as well. When i got the delivery it was not bose speakers. It is a fake product. I even tried calling the number on their website which says it is not valid. Sent email but no reply from last 2 days.
