I have ordered peach pink Georgette saree
Order no: 49171 saree35 code no.
They have delivered complete different saree not expected.

Want to return this saree.
Otherwise refund the amount 629rs.

Need response even customer care people not responding the calls tried so many times.

In this way online people are cheating.

I had ordered 3 sarees worth ₹1677 from this site on 26th January, 2018 (order no. 44262).
The payment mode was COD. The product got delivered on 30th January, 2018 and to my surprise, instead of the sarees there were 3 cheap quality small cut pieces of cloth. I cannot find any customer care number of this shopping site and the internet is full of complaints against this site.

I have order saree from ziwra.com cash on delivery but parcel was wrong and cheep worst saree i got i didn’t expect from ziwra.com order no is 38129 i tryout calling company no but no no is working i emailed them no reply the company is fraud i have paid 700 ₹ buck for worst material sare not even worth it.

My wife shalaka sail ordered one sarees from this ziwra website on facebook advertising, after 6 days i received my order, but wrong product is delivered. The product which i received atleast that is not good it's very worst product. Now i request to refund my money back but cant reach the website. No customer care number is mentioned on the website.

This site is cheating people by displaying one product and delivering the worst product to the customer. I have ordered a saree and the saree i received is completely differently. When i tried to contact the ph no. Mentioned in the website, it is not connecting. They have smartly taken the money by keeping one option only "cash on delivery". Now i cannot trace them in any way to get back my money and return their product.

We did not receive the saree which we ordered, in place of saree we got something else... Please kindly take your saree back and return my money. We received a kurtee instead of the saree. It is urgent please kindly return my money. The kurtee that i have received is of no use so take it back and return my money. I paid 629 to the delivery boy which was the cost of the saree. I tried to contact the customer service but the number was off....

I had ordered 2 nos of sarees from www.Ziwra.com website. The product which was delivered was totally worst.. Its really eyewash i got 2 pieces of cloth.. I am totally cheated.. I want my cash back in anyways.. My order id is 16869. I tried returning back but the website is designed only to buy and not for return.. All the contact numbers are totally fake.....

I have ordered for a violet saree, but i have received a pink colour cloth of very cheep quality and also damaged. I tried to contact the number given but nobody responded and their return policy is not working. Invoice number is 17307. So i would like to suggest people to be cautious about online buying and don't get deceived like me. Never buy anything from ziwra.com...
