Ordered for product through zohoshop.in bose sound sport truly wireless sport headphone (Midnight blue/citron) but received product of duplicate of i7s tws, duplicate product instead of the bose sound sport truly wireless sport headphone (Midnight blue/citron). Got to know thru the website through the google ads and i am really worried how google can approve such ads to be posted to its customers.

When the delivery guy calls, just say that you want to open the product and only after verifying the product you will pay the amount. If he agrees, you can always return if it's not the right product. If he does not agree, you can reject to take the product and ask the delivery guy to return the product. High chances are that the delivery guy will not agree to open the product before paying the cash. You can straight away deny to pay and ask to return.
