This is inform you that i shifted zolo sparsh property room no 101 on 15th April at 9 pm and i couldn't even stay for one night and I had to stay in a hotel instead. The PG is absolutely Unhygienic and there are mosquitoes and bed bugs every where. Washroom and kitchen is so filthy that u cannot even go inside, the place stinks. On top of that people smoke weed there and there are sanitary pads lying here and there. The pictures on zolo website are very different to what you see.I wrote an email to sparsh team on the same day asking for my money back but no response. I called them many times but no resolution. Only hope i have is ur support.

I'm Anshika Rawat was staying at zolo waterfront seruseri chennai. Due to covid lockdown I had moved to my native and was paying rent to zolo till Jan 2021. After that zolo manager took the responsibility and stored my luggage to store room. Now I want my luggage back so I heard that zolo property has shifted to new place. I'm continuously trying to reach to zolo manager but he is not responding to my calls. Now please help me out and please let me know where is my luggage now?

Zolo is a pg facilty in noida where i joing on 14 16 august and signed a legal agreement for which i was to be charged 4500 per month
but they have added extra 500 rs covid charges without mentioning in agreement

Cheaters, don't believe them, they have not paid the rent for months now they claim market is bad, but they can't stop paying rent as my banks don't stop taking emi because market is bad

Issue here is they can't run the show they should vacate the premises but can't stop payments for months together

Zolo tied up with Doshi Risington and promised rental of 18000 and not paying rent for last 4 months, worst thing is they never oblige for any of our calls and very unprofessional, neither Doshi is able to help us who are also a defaulter

This pg have increased the rent from 5500 to 6000 from april, right when country is suffering from covid 19. Most of the residents are not staying in pg due to lockdown resulting in not consuming food, electricity, wifi, etc.

We have requested them to give appropriate discount as we are not consuming any facilities. Still they are reducing only rs.500, which was actually increased from april.

During this situation they are trying to make profit with the food money and not giving discount to people who are not staying in pg. We tried to connect with them for solution but they don't want to give any discount on rent even when government have told don't force anyone for rent. We are ready to pay rent as our belongings are in pg, but they should give proper discount on food as it is not consumed.

Since 4 months i am staying and i hav3 not received fresh and hygeneic food. Sometimes the company provides stale food and no action is taken on that. No action is tak3n by the management from 3 months, they always say we will resolve but provide the same food. If any officer comes and check the quality and freshness of the food they will understand how they are serving. Food is included in the monthly charges and i have proposed to bifurcate it but no further inquiry has been taken by the management.

- I'm staying in PG named ZOLO ELEMENTS.On 5th November, 2017.While having dinner. We found "Insect" in Chole sabji. This is second time i found it.They are careless regarding food quality.
- I've taken photos also of that.
- Please take strict action against of Zolo Elements 's food supplier.

I, R M Jambhulkar, gave my Xolo Hive 8X-1000 mobile having charging fault for repair to Rahul Communication, Bhilai, an authorised Service Centre of Zolo two times within a period of 30 days i.e. during July/August 2015 while in the warranty period. The service of the Rahul Communication is not good as detailed below: - 1. He handle our costly mobile very roughly during repairs. I observed some scratches on my mobile after delivery from the service center after repairs. 2. He format my mobile without conveying me during the repairs due to which I lost my valuable data / our good memorable photos and videos which can not be recollect again. I understand that if any data looses during the period of repairs, its OK. But if he formats the mobile then he should inform us before formatting the mobile so that we can take back-up of the data. The mobile is having a capacity of 16 GB memory, it means the mobile is itself a data bank. This data bank should not be deleted deliberately without conveying the customers. This service center hurts us, our labour, our family photos lost due to your rude service centre.

Dear sir/ madam i bought zolo Q700 recently. There is touch problem so i have give my to service at cosmos communication sector-29 faridabd on[protected]. but today is 16. my phone is not back to me now. when i called to helpline no. they tell me that you service is under progress and i also mail to zolo team. i need my phone back urgently because i have to go out of station due to office work. but without my phone how am i go. really its a very very bad experience with zolo. please help me if any solution is their . my workorder no. is[protected]. my imei no [protected]. please sir help me out. i am really disappointed because of this kind behaviour done by zolo care .. really its a shame for zolo.
