Hello, my profile verification not complete my ID not activated please complete this problem I work in zomato...

I didn't not applied for gold membership but an amount of rs 1800 was deducted from my paytm account. I don't wish to continue and i seek a refund asap. The authorities are unfair and not up to the expectations.
This is a case of fraud and cheating and should be taken to consumer court.
Your cooperation will be appreciated.
Please look up to the matter or else i will have to take up the further legal actions....
