I Vaibhav Gorakhnath Pawar, I ordered mobile handset from zoomshop.co.in .
My order no 1115 which is prepaid order of amt 2899/. I try to contact customer care of zoomshop/also through email but I did not get any response...

I have cheated by zoomshop.co.in i paid 2899/- through internet banking to buy branded realme 5pro on dated 4th Jan 2021 and i didn't received any update or any refund from them. i tried to call them and mailed them many times to now about my status of delivery they never replied

Please help me to get my amount refunded from this company.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I have cheated by an online shopping site named www.zoomshop.co.in I paid 2899/- through my credit card to buy a branded refurbished mobile i.e. Realme 5 Pro on dtd 10-Apr-2021 and this fraud merchant delivered a dummy Chinese keypad mobile worth INR 200/-.
Please help to get refund money from this fraudulent company. I have all communication and payment proof.

I have ordered Realme 5 Pro on Apr 10 2021. Payment done through online mode. But on 22.4.2021 I received some other product i.e. flower seeds...And I am tired of dialing their costumer support number, but no response....

I read below news where mentioned that we can buy realme phone in Rs. 2899 only . I purchase that they delivered me a keypad mobile worth Rs. 100 -200 only. I am attaching video of delivered product.
