abusive language used by bharatpe employees abused with bad words to my family & relatives

Respected sir,
I am Azim Kazi From pune City Using Bharatpe Since 1 year And Having very good relation with Bharatpe have taken loan for my business growth, as I Am facing some issues in this pandemic lockdown as well as my shop Got burned due toh massive fir in our market named as Fashion Street In Pune, You can have look of that on Google,
I am Unable to repay the amount due to some earning issues as I am Facing Right now since few months my business gona restart in month I promise you that I will repay my dues with next 2 months for sure, I have already spoken to Bharatpe customercare regarding this after doing all these Request,
Today morning I have got a Call from An Unknown number Numbers are as follows
1) +[protected] [protected]
On that call that person said that he is from Bharatpe asked me for Money and started abusive language by giving me bad words like hell, he said that he the regional head of Maharashtra For Bharatpe pe working for pune city, After speaking to me that person started calling my relatives, and family friends with really bad & abusive language, he called my whole family by saying that Azim kazi have told Bharatpe person that Azim kazi borrowed that loan for the person to whom. He is talking,
Is this the way sir Bharatpe Behave to it's valuable customer?
I am Really upset & frustrated on this incident you need to take some really strict action against this, if this gona repeat I wil. Promise that I won't pay a single penny as well as I lodge A complaint against Bharatpe to The consumer forum as well as online press & Media because it's really bad happened to me today, At least 15 relatives of mine have got the call & got abused by Bharatpe employees,
Kindly Request you Bharatpe team look forward for the same & solve my concerns I need apology to my family from Bharatpe for the same
