This is with reference to my solar panel system installation at my residence in Bangalore. I have given a contract to solar panel installation company "Zunroof tech private limited" in SEPT 2021 for complete end to end installation of solar panels with Net metering system with BESCOM who is the electricity service provider in Bangalore. I made 50% payment and I have received only inverter in the month of NOV 2021. After paying the remaining 50% payment Zunroof ON 7TH APRIL 2022, ZunRoof promised get the VIKRAM solar panel delivered and commissioned in 50 days, from the day of payment. The customer care executive has no answer to my query, other than telling there is a delay in solar panel delivery. Even after several email reminders to the so called delivery team they only reply.

There is nobody to talk to in zunroof other than customer care nor there is a problem escalation mechanism or the delivery team personal number to whom this issue can be escalated for prompt action.

I request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter & resolve this grievance & help me complete the installation at my residence.

My Solar Rooftop Application No GUJ/P2/21-22/RT/RES/10312725, My Installer ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED Collect Full Payment on 01/04/2021 With Condition to 100% Commissioning Project wither 50 Days With Monocrystalline Solar Penal( They Collected Rs.12000/- Extra As a difference Of Monocrystalline & Polycrystalline Penal on Date 01/04/2021) but ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED Take Time of 14 Months to finished project & they Installed Polycrystalline Solar Penals Instead Of Monocrystalline Solar Penal & When I oppose About Penal That time They Threatening me & Harassing me so I request you to Hold subsidy Payment Until my Writing Confirmation to Release Subsidy Payment & Provide me justice for my loss due to ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED cheating because (1) ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED Take order to install Monocrystalline Adani Penal & they install Adani Polycrystalline Penal. They Collected Rs.12000/- Extra As a difference Of Monocrystalline & Polycrystalline Penal on Date 01/04/2021 Thus they doing cheating with me (2) They committed to Finished project in 50Days But they do delay 14 Months so I have right to get My electricity Bills amount of Delay periods & ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED not paid any refund or Compensation for this cheatings since today all this dues are pending. I already make more than 12 Complaints to ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED but nothing happened. they also threatening me likes -"You will go court, our legal team will see you, we have setting in Government, etc “
(3) ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED doing cheatings with approximately more than 250 Customers in Gujarat during 2020 to 2021 so Please Take Actions against Company to provide Justice to Peoples of Gujarat. we are in process to court case so Request you to Hold subsidy Payment until ZUNROOF TECH PRIVATE LIMITED submit customers NOC to pay subsidy. we are also sending complaint to PMO, CMO, Torrent Power & UGVCL also to take action against company to customers. This company doing this kind of cheating & Harassment of more than 250 Customers in[protected]

This is with reference to my solar panel system installation at my residence. I have given a contract to solar panel installation company "Zunroof tech private limited" in December 2021 for complete end to end installation of solar panels with Net metering system with BESCOM who is the electricity service provider in Bangalore. After more than 1 year of time, even today the installation is not completed in full. The Solar panels have been installed but net metering system has not been installed & connection to my grid is not done yet. The contractor Zunroof tech private limited even after multiple follow ups continue to delay & show no urgency to complete the project & cite various reasons for delays.

The application # with BESCOM Authorities is [protected] & Power purchase agreement also has been completed, but net metering process is not completed yet.

I request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter & resolve this grievance & help me complete the set up of Solar panels at my residence.

Company ki taraf se 30 din ke andar solar panel ka pura system laga ne ke time diya tha...

Abhi tak kuch bhi delivery nahi hai..
